The staff were lovely, and the bus was lovely too 😂 It was new, clean, and had Pikachu decorations all over it. Each bed even had a long Pikachu plushie to hug 🤣 The pink pig-patterned blankets would be a hit with kids. This was the first time I'd seen a bus company provide toothbrushes. Two elderly people boarded the bus and the staff even escorted them to their seats to assist them; overall, it was very thoughtful.

The bus was clean and they provided us with water for the trip which was very nice. The seats were super comfortable. The driver drove safely. I was contacted on WhatsApp beforehand with instructions on where to meet which was very helpful. The trip was quicker than expected which is also a nice bonus :)

The bus company has a shuttle bus within the city to pick up at home so I quite like it hehe, this time I booked a bed and the bus company upgraded it to the room without paying extra so I quite like it hehe

The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. If they do, please tell them to contact me at my phone number, and I'll assist them. My number ends in 666, the trip was from the university to Nha Trang on January 16th. Oh, and the lovely female receptionists even changed my single room to a double room and added a note saying (I'm alone) in love. But sleeping alone in a double room means every time the bus turns a corner, it's a disaster! I don't travel by bus often, but it's enough to give it a 10/10.

The first time I took An Phu bus from Quy Nhon to Khanh Hoa, I found the service attentive. In addition to drinking water, each person is also served a box of soy milk. The bed is soft, the pillows are also soft, the bus company also carefully hangs a small basket on each bed to hold drink bottles to avoid falling. Drive safely, do not speed and overtake recklessly. Although there are many empty seats during the ride, the bus only picks up passengers who have booked in advance, not outside passengers (with the amount of money spent on such a route, it's very good).

The driver from Quy Nhon to Nha Trang scheduled 17:30 is awesome! He’s so kind and professional. He wasn’t late he came at Pick-up point(is not the office, just pick-up there. Don’t be afraid the google address as I uploaded a picture is correct just wait your driver until the pick-up time. (Because I was afraid I got a wrong place and asked Vietnamese on the cafe to call the driver to confirm whether the location I was is correct or not. Even, twice… Hahahaaa)

Personal assessment: The car does not drive recklessly, a bit slow but safe, does not have a car smell, picks up and parks quickly

The bus departed from the bus station in Da Nang and stood in sector B. Always in touch, you could call and find out how to find it. Quite comfortable and private places. There is a dry toilet. There were no long stops along the way for breaks. Overall everything is great.

The bus company is very polite, the driver drives smoothly, the staff does not bother unnecessarily, customers can stay in that room wherever they book, they are not arbitrarily placed like other bus companies. A plus point for prestige is that there are many foreign visitors on the same trip to Nha Trang!

I have booked many different cars on the website vexere several times and this is the first time I have reviewed a bus company, because I found the 24-bed Limousine of Thanh Thuy bus company to be of such high quality that I wanted to share it with everyone who is deciding. Should I go or not? - Ticket price: 600k/bed/person. - Time: If I book the SG-QN route at 6:00 p.m., the bus company will call me early in the morning on the day of departure to confirm. In the afternoon, I will send a text message telling them the location and time (5:45 p.m.) to be present at the BXMD for transfer to the bus station. Big bus, this place has a very punctual bus, so if you're late, you have to grab yourself to the big bus (like Binh Phuoc intersection). - The shuttle bus took me to the gas station on Highway 13 to wait for the big car to pick me up. I waited about 30 minutes. There is a broken rice restaurant next door. If you haven't had dinner yet, you can stop by and eat while waiting for the bus. At around 6:45 p.m., the bus arrived, so we got on the bus and slept. - Driver, skip the bus: I think he's quite polite and cute. Get in the car and read the last 3 digits of your phone and he'll lead you back to the place to sleep. When I got off the bus, there was a parking attendant standing by to give me wet towels. Every time I stopped to go to the bathroom, I felt comfortable. We all give out wet towels (10 points), early in the morning we give out disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. Well, there are 2 more 500ml bottles of mineral water in the car. The ride was quiet, the driver didn't smoke, didn't swear, didn't raise his voice, and I felt great. Well, the bus arrives at the bus station at 7:30 a.m., 1 hour earlier than expected on the website. The bus also has a transfer service within Quang Ngai city. At the station, the guys at the bus station will ask me where to transfer. If not, I can proactively register. The car is new, clean, fragrant, I like it very much. There are also many cute teddy bears hanging on the car 😁

I'm evaluating while I'm still on the roller coaster. This was the first time I went to Quy Nhon and I booked Tai Phat car dealership because the reviews on the app were quite good and the quality really exceeded my expectations. I bought a double bed and it was just enough for 2 people. The garage staff must be said to be super enthusiastic and cute. Before the trip, I called the switchboard and the employee who assisted me spoke super gently and cheerfully. When we get on the shuttle bus and get on the big car, they always help us carry our suitcases. On the bus, there are free cakes and milk for passengers and also prepare motion sickness medicine, slippers, blankets, pillows and especially hug pillows. But we have to rate the garage 10 stars to be enough!!!

⸻ We took the night bus from Da Lat to Da Nang and had a great experience! The driver was extremely friendly and helpful with everything. The bus itself was clean and very comfortable, making the long journey much more pleasant. We’re really happy we found this company — we hadn’t had such a positive experience with other buses before.
