I was at the designated meeting point, and they asked me to go to another one a 10-minute walk away. I told them I couldn't walk with all my luggage and that I had already taken a taxi. I really enjoyed the luxury of my Limo van on my trip from Ho Chi Minh City to Dalat. The service is excellent and courteous. The Limo is built for comfort and convenience. It took half the time to reach my destination as the bus and was a superior way to travel. I will use the Limo for future trips.

I have used this sleep bus twice for traveling from Nha Trang to Can Tho. Overall, it is one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. One important thing to mention is that there is no toilet on board, which can be uncomfortable on such a long overnight route. However, when there are regular stops, the trip can still be quite comfortable. My most recent trip (yesterday) was very good. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using this sleep bus company for my business trips, as it is still one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. I really hope that in the future the drivers will make regular stops as scheduled, especially since I am planning to take this route again next week.

The car is clean and runs on time. The day I went there were only 3 guests so it was very comfortable. The car runs super fast. From Mui Ne to SG, it takes exactly 3 hours (including 20 minutes at the stop), so awesome 🤣. Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. Two elderly people boarded the bus and the staff even escorted them to their seats to assist them; overall, it was very thoughtful.
