Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. Took the VIP bus from ho chi min to dalat. Had great service, bus was as per the pictures and super comfortable, bus set off on time from the main office in district 1. Driver was really good and made regular break stops. The journey gets quite interesting once you get up into the mountains and there are some great views. Would use again in the future.
