I was at the designated meeting point, and they asked me to go to another one a 10-minute walk away. I told them I couldn't walk with all my luggage and that I had already taken a taxi. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. Mình ấn tượng với bạn Sim và có hỏi thăm tài xế về bạn ấy và biết bạn ấy là người Đà Lạt ,niềm nở nhẹ nhàng ánh mắt rất tập trung lắng nghe. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using this sleep bus company for my business trips, as it is still one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route.
