This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. Driving this car is very reassuring because it drives quite carefully, unlike some other cars, every time I open my eyes I feel like I'm flying. The assistant in the car is nice and friendly, but the bus company should clearly tell the customer how to get to the parking area. My family has 2 small children carrying bags under their arms, but I was turned around and walking to the parking lot, my feet were bleeding 🥲 I have 10 diapers left.

I took a 22-room bus, with toilet, departing at 12:00, my trip yesterday was like this: 1. Advantages: - The customer care staff is meticulous and cute, call ahead to check information 1 day in advance, advise everything. - The driver and the bus staff spoke very sweetly and pleasantly. - The toilet in the car is clean. - The room is not brand new, but it is very clean, quiet, comfortable for both people. I have motion sickness but it is very comfortable, I can read books the whole trip. - Departed on time and I arrived at Chu Van An wharf at 7:30 p.m., not too late for me. 2. Disadvantages: - Only transfer to Da Lat bus station within a radius of 5km, I live a bit far so I have to go to the station myself. - At first I thought there was a transfer to Ma Lo, but the bus company apologized and informed me that it could only stop at Chu Van An. If I can return to Ma Lo, it will be very convenient for me. Because the car is so cute, everyone on the bus is so cute to meet, so my trip yesterday was very ok. I hope the bus company can maintain its form like this, don't let it go downhill.

First time booking tickets on VEXERE and quite surprised when everything was arranged properly when boarding the bus. Everything was fine, right on time, right place, good driver and assistant, quite comfortable bed, filtered water available on the tray,... just a shame there was no place to charge the battery. But that's fine too!

The sleeper bus to BMT was comfortable, more space than what I experienced before, bottle of water a blanket and a pillow included. AC was set to a good temperature. We left on time and arrived 30mins earlier than expected. Driver was great compared to other ones in Vietnam! Not too much honking, no loud music or other noises and driving felt safe so it was easy to sleep. I'm glad I booked through Vexere and had the bus gps location and plate number because I had to search around the bus station to find it which is a Da Lat bus station problem (not all buses are up on the information board), not the company.

First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

All service experiences were good, each car picked up earlier than scheduled on the app (probably due to holidays and had been notified in advance but still a bit stuck on the pre-arranged schedule), enthusiastic and polite staff! Still 5 stars!

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.

My 1-star review was rejected with the reason "the bus company has already handled the issue with the customer," even though I am the customer and my experience says it has been handled. Who handled it?? I don't know, so I still bought tickets this time. After this, my entire company will permanently delete the cheap bus app because of this terrible handling. The bus company is ok and picks you up on time. However, the drivers and drivers neglected to fix the problem of restricting smoking in the car, which was ok. Because not all passengers are comfortable with the smell of smoking. I've been a passenger in many bus companies that are private, but please follow the way Phuong Trang Busline operates, from the switchboard to the rules... The bus company has been recently updated, so it's very clean. They even have TVs, which brings back nostalgic memories of going to Saigon with my parents when I was a child. Due to the nature of my job, I frequently travel back and forth between Saigon and Dak Lak. Since using Nhat Anh buses, I've found it very comfortable. The ride is smooth, I sleep well, and wake up feeling refreshed for work. I've heard many people say the bus attendants smoke a lot, and I've noticed they do smoke, but they keep the smoke away from the exhaust vents to avoid affecting other passengers. Since they work late, I understand their behavior. Everything else about the bus company is great, and I will continue to use their services.

The bus conductor and driver are all attentive, reminding passengers of break times or arrival times... the bus runs on time and arrives much earlier than expected... great driver... even though it runs a bit fast... but as long as you are alert, healthy and have a firm grip on the wheel, it's fine. I booked a cheap ticket thanks to the bus company. I took the route from Duc Long bus station to Mien Dong bus station, everything was good. The new bus was clean, the seats were very good, I didn't have body aches like some other buses, I arrived in Saigon feeling fine. If you get off the bus along the way, pay attention and it will be fine.

I really like it, oh my gosh, I'm a person who often takes the bus, maybe 10-20 times a year, before that I always took the VTD bus, but today there were no seats left so I booked to try this bus and I love it, the bus runs very smoothly, I get carsick quite easily, the bus shakes a little and I get carsick right away, but on this bus I sit in all kinds of ways, even for almost half the distance I don't lie down, the air conditioner is very cool, not too cold, not too hot, many buses I take have the air conditioner on like in the Arctic winter, the blanket is also very warm, my mom doesn't smell or itch, I feel very secure covering it up. There are some buses with thin blankets, the air conditioner is cold, I put them on at once, it's both smelly and itchy, I don't dare cover it up, there are water at the rest stops to go to the toilet, huhu, many places I've been on other buses don't have water or even paper 😭 but in return, the bed is a bit small, the meal ticket is also more expensive than other buses, the service at the ticket office is a bit harsh, it seems like this bus has also been criticized for its service or something. Very good experience with Việt Tân Phát bus to travel between Sài Gòn and Mang Đen, the seat / bed are really comfortable and suitable for tall guys, it is worth paying a little more (compared to other bus lines) for such a long trip. I will certainly use it again later.
