The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

I really like it, oh my gosh, I'm a person who often takes the bus, maybe 10-20 times a year, before that I always took the VTD bus, but today there were no seats left so I booked to try this bus and I love it, the bus runs very smoothly, I get carsick quite easily, the bus shakes a little and I get carsick right away, but on this bus I sit in all kinds of ways, even for almost half the distance I don't lie down, the air conditioner is very cool, not too cold, not too hot, many buses I take have the air conditioner on like in the Arctic winter, the blanket is also very warm, my mom doesn't smell or itch, I feel very secure covering it up. There are some buses with thin blankets, the air conditioner is cold, I put them on at once, it's both smelly and itchy, I don't dare cover it up, there are water at the rest stops to go to the toilet, huhu, many places I've been on other buses don't have water or even paper 😭 but in return, the bed is a bit small, the meal ticket is also more expensive than other buses, the service at the ticket office is a bit harsh, it seems like this bus has also been criticized for its service or something. I will definitely use their service again if I have the chance, but I won't buy tickets through the cheap bus app again because it hides the behavior of the Dalat bus company on my previous trip. My 1-star review was rejected with the reason "the bus company has already handled the issue with the customer," even though I am the customer and my experience says it has been handled. Who handled it?? I don't know, so I still bought tickets this time. After this, my entire company will permanently delete the cheap bus app because of this terrible handling.
