Here’s my honest review of my experience traveling with this company from Hanoi to Danang. The Good: • Immaculate cleanliness: The bus was impressively clean, and they are very strict about maintaining this standard – eating is not allowed on board. It’s the first time I’ve seen such a focus on cleanliness in Vietnam. Everything inside the bus looked new and spotless. • Reliable WiFi: The onboard WiFi worked perfectly throughout the trip. • Charging options: USB and USB-C charging ports were available, which I also encountered for the first time. • Quiet and peaceful environment: They didn’t leave the lights on unnecessarily or play loud music, which made it easy to relax and sleep during the journey. • Regular restroom stops: They scheduled frequent stops, making it convenient for everyone. The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.

⭐ 4.5/5 Thanks to the Vexere app, I had a pretty good trip with HK Buslines. The bus was luxurious with a private cabin for each passenger, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Vexere’s hotline worked efficiently and showed responsibility toward customers. Cons: -0.5 star because the booking process on the app is too quick, making it easy to select the wrong step and impossible to go back, which could result in service cancellation. -0.5 star because drop-off is only at the company’s representative office, not at my home :) Pros: The bus departed and arrived on time. Pick-up was exactly at the registered location. Professional and helpful staff. Overall, I rate 4.5 stars for both the Vexere app and HK Buslines. At first, when I read the review, I was a bit worried because there were many negative things about the garage, but it's actually better than I thought. The car runs on time, the driver is in the right place and safely. Especially the time runs very quickly and the bus company is dedicated to taking customers to the right place they want. It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. Thank you very much.

I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.

The car runs smoothly, no speeding, no overtaking, no overcrowding. The driver is very polite, the operator is friendly, and takes good care of the customers. The bus company should open more new routes so that customers have more choices.

The garage has a very good and professional service attitude. I was quite surprised because the pillows and blankets were all wrapped in clean plastic before guests got on the bus. Will continue to support this company if given the opportunity

The bus company waived the excess baggage fee. The staff was enthusiastic and friendly. - I quite liked the driver. Safe driving. Thoughtful, friendly, enthusiastic. - The car was comfortable, had massage, and had a charging outlet. - In the midst of the storm, I was still on time to check in at the airport, so I gave it 5 stars.

It’s clean and just like new one. Travelled from Hue to Hanoi with VIP cabin. The price is totally reasonable! It’s very comfortable and you can totally lay down to sleep. I think they are better than other companies. The company also offered the free shuttle bus service from the hotel to the bus station!!!! The only thing is that the communication for the shuttle bus service can be more effective. E.g. From the app it said pick up should be around 6, then updated pick up info (pick up at 730) from company via email at 720. At last, the shuttle came at 8. It’s a little scary and worry for those who had no experience with it. *May be it’s better to go to there company’s bus station to manage all the booking! The staffs are always helpful too!!!

Bus quite nice, but didnt have pillow, didnt get assigned seats, and was more than 1 hour late, but that didbt matter because of good driving, nice staff, and quiet atmosphere to sleep! Overall happy as i was able to sleep well!

I am very satisfied with the service of Thuan Hung Travel. The car is new, clean, comfortable seats, has free wifi and drinking water. The driver drives safely, the staff is enthusiastic and attentive. The car departs on time, does not pick up passengers randomly along the way like many other companies. The ticket price is reasonable compared to the quality. Will continue to support in the next trips!

enthusiastic driver & conductor

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. Next time, I hope to have the chance to meet you again.

When I booked a ticket through the vexere website, when I got on the bus, I was a bit worried that I didn't know if the bus company would update me that payment had been made because I didn't see the bus company contact me before the pick-up time. I had to call the driver myself to arrange a pick-up location. . When I got in the car, I informed that I had bought it through the vexere website, only then did the garage check it and it was OK. Thus, if the bus company contacts the customer in advance to confirm, it is best to avoid making the customer impatient and worried.

The informations about pick up locations etc are a little approximative, I asked Vexere where we could get to the big bus directly and at the end the location was still a mini van pick up that brought us to the bus but that is not a big deal. We left on time from Hanoi but made a very long break at the airport to wait some passengers I guess and arrived only 30 minutes late in Sa Pa so very good. There is no WC in the bus so think about it but you’ll do two 30min breaks in freeway area (3k dong to use the bathroom and they are very clean) and will also be able to buy a lot of different snacks and food. Very confortable seats ! Keep in mind that sometimes the quality of the roads is not that good so it can be very shaky. We booked the top 2 seats at the very back of the bus and you can feel the bus vibrating a lot, the lower seats just before these seats were much more confortable and we were able to use them as they were empty. Overall a very good journey :)

The driver and the conductor were very enthusiastic and dedicated. I got on the wrong bus (same company, same route). The driver and conductor of both buses were very helpful. The ticket price was cheap but the quality was very good, the ticket included a dinner. The bus departed 45 minutes later than on the app, but due to the storm, it rained very heavily, which is understandable. 99/10

The car ran extremely smoothly. The service staff was very friendly and enthusiastic in assisting passengers whenever needed. Although the bed position was a bit wrong when I booked through VXR, I still accepted the change.

Taking this bus, I found the service to be good, the driver was safe, the car was quieter than other cars, the bus driver was very thoughtful and reminded me to go to bed early 🤣 10/10, the shuttle bus was also very enthusiastic, wait and carried our luggage for us, the driver also waited for me to finish going to the bathroom before leaving, not in a hurry to scold passengers like other cars, so let's go to mn, the cabin is also very spacious, people of 8 and 9 can sleep comfortably. It's not a PR but it's very good, because I've taken a different car than HN-DN, so that's how I see it

The car is clean, there are curtains for each bed, the driver drives safely and politely, when I went there was no cramming of passengers, in general the experience was good, the one minus point was smoking in the car, but today's car was I travel a lot with young children, I hope the bus company learns from experience when reading this comment
