The bus company's service was very good, there was a shuttle bus to pick me up and drop me off at my place, the driver who took me from HP to HN was very professional, when I got on the bus I was a bit sleepy so he lowered my seat and turned off the music, when I woke up and realized I couldn't find my phone, he immediately called a shuttle bus to find my phone and I received my phone that same day. I am quite satisfied with the customer care, the way the garage operates, and the vehicle is also very good. The only thing is that I booked to travel on an 11-seat car, picked up and dropped off in the inner city, from Hanoi to Hai Phong, traveling for 1 person with 2 boxes of goods equivalent to 40x40x40, each box weighing nearly 10kg. I clearly told the bus company to allow me to transport the goods at the same time, I would pay the shipping fee, but I was told that there was not enough space for the goods, so at first I moved to a 28-seat bus. After that, there was no 28-seat bus with the same departure time that I booked. When I returned, I agreed with the garage that I would book another place to park the goods. I am very grateful that the garage sincerely provides maximum support to customers. However, I had to go to the Hanoi Office myself, and catch the return flight from the Hai Phong Office to my destination. Meanwhile, the storage compartment in the car is very comfortable, not impossible to transport. I even heard a few guys in the driver or operations department say why they accepted these (my 2 packages). I think if the bus company helped me book an extra seat for those 2 packages, they should also treat me like a normal passenger, right? Anyway, I thank the bus company for supporting me in such a hurry. I still want to continue using the garage's service if I need to move in the future. Thank!

Very comfortable seat. I’m 1.8m tall and there was plenty of room. Pick up and drop off locations meant that I needed to book a taxi at both ends of the journey but it wasn’t too far in either case

These guys are legendary drivers. They went from Co Linh to Quan Toan intersection in 60 minutes. They are always the best :))

Great experience, best limousine so far. The only suggestion is to have some be quiet policy, like Vin bus for example. There was one woman who didn't stop yapping loudly either on her phone or with the driver. Driver was respectful. Other passengers, even small kids were very considerate as well. I'm going back to Hanoi in a few days, we will see if I was just lucky or the limousine and the service are always great. For now, definitely recommend

Hi everyone. The assistant is a wonderful girl, polite and attentive. Her attitude alone is enough to give this service a 5. She gave me half a day's notice of the departure time. She also provided advice on all matters, even those unrelated to this trip. I asked which taxi service I could use in Hanoi. She suggested I book a taxi; the price wasn't much different from what I found on Grab. The bus was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. The driver drove carefully. The bus was a little late, but I could see he'd been waiting a long time for tourists from a hotel near mine.

Cat Ba to Hanoi - about 50k vnd more expensive than some of the other services but well worth it. Great organisation by Abe from Easy Go who speaks amazing English. New clean bus, comfortable seats, good stopping place half way, much better than a lot of the buses I’ve tried so far. Best thing specifically for the island though if that this bus/service takes the bus ferry so you just have the 1 bus all the way through rather than having to get off with your bags etc, get the passenger ferry to get across to the island and swap buses again etc. highly recommend.

Helpful staff. I had to change my departure date twice, once three hours before my scheduled departure. There was no problem with the operator. The driver came and picked me up. The trip was pleasant in a well-maintained coach. Upon arrival, the staff asked if everything was okay and if I had made it to the hotel. I'm returning.

Excellent, comfortable bus journey - works definitely recommend. Contact from bus conductor was perfect, and when he came to meet me personally at the pickup spot he had my details which was reassuring. He also gave plenty of advance warning of the final stop in Sa Pa so passengers could be ready to depart, and was clear about how long we had at rest stops - he really was great. I have only 2 criticisms - and as far as I understand, they was not the fault of the bus company or conductor, rather because of the ticket I booked through Vexere - the pickup time I was given was 45 minutes before official departure (as is normal), but we actually passed by the exact same place and picked up more passengers around an hour later, having gone all the way around Ha Giang! It wasn't a big deal and I was comfortable (and I knew we'd be collecting more people after me because of my pickup time, just not that we'd be going part my exact stop again).. but who really wants an extra hour sitting on a bus for no reason? Also, when booking my seat the configuration on the app was incorrect so although the seat number I hadwas correct, it was not in the place I expected (opposite side of the bus, and a top bunk instead of bottom!) - it could have been user error on my part but if so it wasn't clear on the site, so be super-careful when selecting seats! Again, not the bus company's fault at all - everything about my journey was perfect.
