Great service. Ontime, good driving, van was as pictured. Travel in comfort. I am not short with long legs and I was still quite comfortable. Massage seats were a great surprise. When arriving at the pick up spot, the staff quickly check in and provide the license plate number and confirm time of departure. This helps us foreigners to make sure we get on the right van. Also very great drivers. Very helpful to me when I didn't know where to be or which stop to get off at.

I rarely leave reviews, but while choosing a bus company on Vexere, I noticed a pattern: no matter which operator you check, most reviews are negative. It made me realize that people usually only leave feedback when something goes wrong — and when everything goes well, they just stay silent. I think that needs to change. My experience on this trip was excellent. The bus was new, with comfortable leather massage seats (that actually worked!), USB chargers, and bottled water. The driver was friendly, arrived on time, and drove safely. About an hour before departure, I received a WhatsApp message confirming my pickup point, which was very helpful. There were only three passengers on board to Ninh Binh, and the ride was peaceful with quiet background music. Overall, a 5-star experience — I highly recommend this company.

Overall, the trip was nice. The driver contacted us 30 mins before he arrived at the homestay. He was a few minutes late but it’s okay. Then he drove around other homestay to pick other passengers. Then he dropped us at the office, where we all had to get out and transfer to 12 seats limousine. After 2hrs45mins, we reached our destination. It would be nice if the driver gave us more info so we have some kinda clue of what’s going on.

Good company, we started ride at the same time as expected. Clean, comfy seats with possibility to lay down. We also arrived a lot sooner than it was presented on timetable.

It’s clean and just like new one. Travelled from Hue to Hanoi with VIP cabin. The price is totally reasonable! It’s very comfortable and you can totally lay down to sleep. I think they are better than other companies. The company also offered the free shuttle bus service from the hotel to the bus station!!!! The only thing is that the communication for the shuttle bus service can be more effective. E.g. From the app it said pick up should be around 6, then updated pick up info (pick up at 730) from company via email at 720. At last, the shuttle came at 8. It’s a little scary and worry for those who had no experience with it. *May be it’s better to go to there company’s bus station to manage all the booking! The staffs are always helpful too!!!

The driver is punctual. The bus is comfortable and we arrived 15 minutes early. The driver was a little abrupt in his driving but overall it was very good.

Way from Ninh Bình to Ha Noi was much better than other one with a company, their name I don’t want to say. No bus change, no driver changes, a company member wrote me himself (instead me running in Hanoi streets and asking local people “can you call the driver …?”. Don’t forget to pay additional money for extra service like pick up and drop off when you want. Get ready to change bus to a car in the end point of the bus. Just take your bags and seat to a car. It’s simple. And I’m appreciate a speed of bus. I’m not sure I’d it legal or not, but 100km/h is much better than 80. The ride was nice :) I appreciate the customer service contacting and letting me know hotel pick up and drop off was available because my silly head forgot to check out the options during purchase. The staff was kind and helpful, the ride was smooth. Would deffo go with them again :)

The bus was clean and had good facilities, and the driver provided a safe and comfortable ride.

We had booked online and were picked up at the Hanoi office. The driver called us 15 minutes before to let us know he was on his way. The departure was punctual, the journey went very well, the seats were comfortable. We had chosen the drop-off at Tam Coc when booking online, the driver left us near our accommodation.

Drivers, please do not use the word “MOTHER” in your sentences! Sometimes the speaker just says it out of habit, but in fact, adding that word in the sentence makes people like us women feel offended. Because the Bus Company asked for a review, we gave a good review, and would like to propose our wish to make the Bus Company CIVILIZED, POLITE, AND HAPPY for everyone. Thank you for everything! We took a day time sleeper bus with HM Happycar from Hoi An to Phong Nha. I received a WhatsApp message from the organizer to ensure we found the bus ok before departing. The bus was extremely clean and in great condition. The little bed capsules were private and lay totally flat, or you could put them into a partially reclined position. I am 5'4" and could lay completely stretched out, my friend is 5'9" and could do the same with flexed feet. There was a USB port, lights and air vents. The driving felt very safe and there were two drivers who traded off which helped us feel safe as well. We stopped 3 times for toilet breaks. After getting dropped off and going about our day, we realized we forgot air buds on the bus. I messaged them via WhatsApp and they responded immediately that they would ask their cleaning staff. They found them and organised a nearby hostel for them to be dropped off at for us to pick up at our convenience. Very impressed overall, would book with them again.

Honestly, I really appreciate the drivers. I'm not used to it yet in Hanoi. I keep changing drop-off locations but they're still okay.
