I chose HK Bus again after booking a bus to Sapa. The drivers were very friendly. The bus company supported a transfer when I suddenly requested. The car ran extremely smoothly. The service staff was very friendly and enthusiastic in assisting passengers whenever needed. Although the bed position was a bit wrong when I booked through VXR, I still accepted the change.

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. Good and efficient trip. Quoc, bus manager for the journey was great, he kept us informed of changes and arranged free transport to our hotel from bus terminus. Excellent job. Would recommend Vietnam Travel Bus again.

Nice clean bus. We arrived on time, were given a bottle of water, there is a toilet on the bus, massage does not work everywhere. We arrived 2 hours early! There were no stops. We are glad. Just don’t take the extreme places near the toilet, it smells a little there.
