First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. Disadvantages: - Only transfer to Da Lat bus station within a radius of 5km, I live a bit far so I have to go to the station myself. - At first I thought there was a transfer to Ma Lo, but the bus company apologized and informed me that it could only stop at Chu Van An. This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.

New car, I went on the Quy Nhon -> Da Nang trip and it was very comfortable. The shuttle bus picked up and dropped off at both QN and DN. The car company is new but I don't know why I saw many low reviews so I was hesitant when I bought the ticket, but after the trip I found it great. All the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Text the co-driver if you want to go to the toilet and he happily stopped the car at the nearest gas station so my family could get off!! Other cars sometimes grimaced and cursed lightly :) New car, strong air conditioner, clean. I don't understand why there are many low reviews? Everyone please support me, I went from Quy Nhon to Da Nang and the whole car had 7 passengers, it was pitiful. Wish Tan Quang Dung success.
