The bus departs on time, the driver is polite, helps arrange luggage, the bus staff works professionally, takes good care of customers, supports luggage from the bus to the customer. The bus arrives at the bus station to pick up & drop off customers at the exact location booked. Before the driver arrives to pick up the customer, he calls to remind in advance 👍👍👍👍 The limousine is clean and polite with clean blankets, drinks, snacks, towels. Worth the money. Will use it again next time & recommend it to family members. Using this bus saves time & less tiredness. The minus point is that the engine is a little noisy, but other bus companies have louder engines. This is okay. The driver drives very carefully & safely. No weaving, No fighting for the road, No reckless overtaking, less bumpy. No nervousness & fear like when using Phuong Trang bus. We are very happy to give the car 5***** 👍👍👍👍

First time taking the Binh Thuan-Ben Cat route and choosing the TT bus due to the suitable running time. Seeing a 1* review leaving customers at the wharf roundabout, not picking up customers... I was a bit hesitant but had no choice. The car has no navigation but runs on time, only a few minutes off. Drivers and car assistants are friendly and drop passengers off at the door. The car is clean and modern, but the air conditioner is missing, so the air is cold. 10 points for the quality. Will go again if given the chance.

The car runs ok, total time from transfer to Phan Rang office is 6 hours 30 minutes. The detailed itinerary is as follows: 11:30 start transfer from District 5 office to the new BXMD -> 12:30 the car starts departing from the new BXMD -> run on National Highway 1A for about 2pm to Xuan Loc, stop -> then run the high section Speed to Phan Thiet, turn down Highway 1A and go straight to Phan Rang -> arrive at Phan Rang office around 6:00 p.m.

I want to say a big thank you to the bus drivers. we arrived from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang earlier than planned (which was very nice) and also the drivers were very friendly. especially one of the drivers (unfortunately I don't know his name). we were treated to free water and there was a toilet on the bus. when the bus stopped along the way, it was a very good place...unlike what we saw in other companies on different routes. It's been a long time since I've felt the bus company staff treat customers with such genuine respect. - When I arrived at the bus station, a staff member carried my backpack.
