It's been a long time since I've experienced a trip with such good service quality. After booking the ticket, the bus company called to confirm the ticket for me 1 day later, and 1 hour before departure, the bus company called to confirm again and provided the driver's phone number and the car number. Good service, clean car and the driver drove very smoothly.

Greetings. This serves to give my feedback regarding using this website when booking transport from Ho Chi Minh City to Vung Tau on 10 September 2026. Arrived at the District 1 office of Anh Quoc Limousine Taxi and was met by a young man very eager to assist. One inside the office, the young receptionist recognised me and confirmed my booking. She had me sit down inside the waiting area before the vehicle arrived. Once the vehicle arrived, we were all allowed to take our relative seats. The driver went about driving to the best of his ability, getting all of us to Vung Tau in a very safe manner. I was dropped off at my hotel as indicated when making my booking. Thank you for an excellent service and getting all of us to Vung Tau safely...

Trip from HCMC to Vung Tau. Driver called before the pick-up timing. To check whether available to move off early. They will check the passengers who are children or maternity and assign the seat accordingly for safety. There is space to put your luggage. The charging port and LCD screen are not working at my seat. The back roll of 3 seats is very comfortable and you can adjust the seat to the maximum compared to other seat. It comes with massage seat. One stop point for Toilet break available. You can choose the option where to drop off compare to other services. The driver is very good drop off at our apartment. The staff at the office can speak English and is very friendly. I will recommend this transport service company to everyone for safe travel. Trip from HCMC to Vung Tau. My first experience with this bus company was great, and what I liked most was the drivers' service. On the trip to Vung Tau and back to Saigon, I met three drivers who were very friendly and easy to talk to – 10 stars! 🥰... I just want to offer a suggestion regarding their driving. Although I think the drivers are quite skilled and can manage speed and maneuvers well, I still felt a little uneasy while riding. However, whether it's due to the bus company's schedule or something else, I hope the drivers always drive carefully for their own safety and the safety of the passengers. I will definitely support this bus company again next time. I wish them continued success and that they maintain this level of service; they'll surely always have many customers! 💐💐💐

Excellent service … the only thing that they need to write is: if someone is picked up from the International airport in HCM, they have to write "column 12 is the wait queue"

I hqve traveled with other agencies before and always had problems with being seated in other seats from the one I have paid for and some drivers were ecen rude. But with this company it was a great experience. Sending me info beforehand, so I was aware of when the driver will arrive, picked me up at my address and I've been seated in the seat I have chosen. Without too much hassle. Also a friendly driver, very efficient and a fast ride to my destination. From now on I will only book with this company. I use the limo a lot to go back and forth between Ho Chi Minh city and Vung Tau Ward. Great experience, 👍🏽

Great ride. The drive was smooth, the car was clean and the bus wasn't full. A poor baby started puking, but that happened, and the driver had bags and everything ready. There's also a setive stop on the way to vubg tau

I rarely like a bus company enough to leave a review. However, I really hope that the bus company will be supported more by everyone. For me personally, this is a really decent and civilized bus trip, the staff is very cute and the products are enthusiastic, take good care and even have discounts for students, the student Tet bus trip is only over 50k. Everything is great and just from the first trip, I already love the bus company and the people here.

The driver was cheerful, enthusiastic, and provided excellent customer support. The ride was safe and smooth; I didn't get motion sickness and didn't notice any unpleasant odors in the car. A perfect 10 is possible, but 😀😀😀. I will definitely book again if I have the chance. Very satisfied with the service 😉
