⭐ 4.5/5 Thanks to the Vexere app, I had a pretty good trip with HK Buslines. The bus was luxurious with a private cabin for each passenger, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Vexere’s hotline worked efficiently and showed responsibility toward customers. Cons: -0.5 star because the booking process on the app is too quick, making it easy to select the wrong step and impossible to go back, which could result in service cancellation. -0.5 star because drop-off is only at the company’s representative office, not at my home :) Pros: The bus departed and arrived on time. Pick-up was exactly at the registered location. Professional and helpful staff. Overall, I rate 4.5 stars for both the Vexere app and HK Buslines. We used this limousine shuttle from Hanoi to Sapa and had a great experience. Pickup from our hotel was punctual, and the vehicle had very comfortable seats that made the journey enjoyable. Even on the mountain roads, we always felt safe thanks to the skilled and careful driver. The ride was smooth, we arrived on time, and we were satisfied enough to book our return trip with the same company. Highly recommended!
