The bus runs extremely smoothly. The staff is very lovely and enthusiastic in assisting passengers whenever needed. The shuttle bus needs to be improved a bit because the interior is a bit old and not very clean.

The car runs reliably, a little off schedule due to a car problem, but the car comes to pick you up very conscientiously. I went and the driver said that if I couldn't catch up with the car in front, he would take me to Hanoi even though he only drove in HP. The driver is very true to the company's responsibility of putting customers first. Will support the car for a long time. P/s: the car doesn't smell, drives very smoothly, doesn't get sick

I am quite satisfied with the customer care, the way the garage operates, and the vehicle is also very good. The only thing is that I booked to travel on an 11-seat car, picked up and dropped off in the inner city, from Hanoi to Hai Phong, traveling for 1 person with 2 boxes of goods equivalent to 40x40x40, each box weighing nearly 10kg. I clearly told the bus company to allow me to transport the goods at the same time, I would pay the shipping fee, but I was told that there was not enough space for the goods, so at first I moved to a 28-seat bus. After that, there was no 28-seat bus with the same departure time that I booked. When I returned, I agreed with the garage that I would book another place to park the goods. I am very grateful that the garage sincerely provides maximum support to customers. However, I had to go to the Hanoi Office myself, and catch the return flight from the Hai Phong Office to my destination. Meanwhile, the storage compartment in the car is very comfortable, not impossible to transport. I even heard a few guys in the driver or operations department say why they accepted these (my 2 packages). I think if the bus company helped me book an extra seat for those 2 packages, they should also treat me like a normal passenger, right? Anyway, I thank the bus company for supporting me in such a hurry. I still want to continue using the garage's service if I need to move in the future. Thank!

The ladies at the office in Hanoi have clearly been trained well in customer service as they were very friendly and helpful. The bus stopped twice in 6hrs which I feel was appropriate and the driver told us in English how many minutes we’d be stopping for (we haven’t had this anywhere else in Vietnam so we were surprised!). They even dropped us off at our hotel in Ha Giang which I wasn’t expecting as the ticket said we’d be dropped off at their office. I would say this is a very good company to travel with.

First time using the service of the garage, very satisfied, the car is new and clean, runs on time, the drivers are polite, pick up and drop off at the door. At this same price, the rating is better than many other limousine companies

Actually this is my second time to take the MPV bus in Vietnam, my experience is very good, the driver come to my place to pick me up with a little bit late but no more than 10 minutes, and the time we arrived at Mong Cai are very on time, very suitable for a four hours trip. The driver was quite punctual, picking me up at around 8:30 and 8:40. The bus is very spacious and comfortable with one seat per person. The whole journey was high speed and there were no random stops. The driver and the bus owner can speak Chinese, and if you have any questions, you can just call the owner to ask, so it is very comfortable.

The host gave us a useful introduction on the schedule (break, boat, etc) and shared so much useful information on the way to help with our time in Cat Ba. He answered the questions I had about possible trips at the destination, and even other ideas for Vietnam. We said we’d like to rent a scooter and when we showed up, there was already a lady on the side of the street with a scooter waiting for us!

Cat Ba to Hanoi - about 50k vnd more expensive than some of the other services but well worth it. Great organisation by Abe from Easy Go who speaks amazing English. New clean bus, comfortable seats, good stopping place half way, much better than a lot of the buses I’ve tried so far. Best thing specifically for the island though if that this bus/service takes the bus ferry so you just have the 1 bus all the way through rather than having to get off with your bags etc, get the passenger ferry to get across to the island and swap buses again etc. highly recommend.
