Everything was better than any other similar experience before in 5 years in Vietnam. They called me, send me the correct and precise messages both on Zalo, Whatsapp and via email. Drivers were driving safely, picked us up on time, which was a pleasant surprise. Hope the return trip will be the same.

The ride was enjoyable. The driver was kind and drove safely. We left an hour later than scheduled. He first messaged to say he was going to be 30 minutes late. Then he was an additional 30 minutes late.

Actually this is my second time to take the MPV bus in Vietnam, my experience is very good, the driver come to my place to pick me up with a little bit late but no more than 10 minutes, and the time we arrived at Mong Cai are very on time, very suitable for a four hours trip. The driver was quite punctual, picking me up at around 8:30 and 8:40. The bus is very spacious and comfortable with one seat per person. The whole journey was high speed and there were no random stops. The driver and the bus owner can speak Chinese, and if you have any questions, you can just call the owner to ask, so it is very comfortable.

Hanoi to Ha Long trip. A driver contacted me through WhatsApp to coordinate my pick-up from my stay, then when we got to the office, I was transferred to the limo van and off we went, with a short 15-min roadside stop for restrooms and purchasing snacks. We left a little late but the whole trip still only took about 2 hours so I was happy with the efficiency.

First time using Hoang Phu bus, the bus was on time, the driver was enthusiastic. Will continue to choose Hoang Phu bus for future travel.

The bus runs on time, but it takes a long time to park and pick up passengers on a detour that is a bit far. The car often brakes suddenly and returns quickly on time. I took the bus and got on the bus, but when I got to my destination, I was transferred to another bus. But no matter how enthusiastic you are, the blankets will be clean and fragrant so everything is ok. The car doesn't have a toilet, so unfortunately, when I booked the car, it said I would return it to the main store, but when I got back, I returned it to Aeon Long Bien, but it was close to my house, so it's okay.

I was very impressed with the car driver (the limousine picked up passengers in Long Bien and then divided the passengers into different cars to take them back to the hotel). The car driver who took me back to the hotel was very good. He pointed out and guided the famous places and dishes in Hanoi. I noticed that when he dropped off passengers, he always got out of the car and opened the car door for the passengers (small). details but demonstrates very good service attitude). My mother really likes this driver because he shares with her very impressive life perspectives. I didn't ask for his name, I just knew he was in Ninh Binh. I hope to have you drive again next time and have more trips so that more people know you.

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. Next time, I hope to have the chance to meet you again.

I waited at the pick-up point indicated in the email, but it was a different location. The operator went out of his way to pick me up on foot. I was really touched by this action and they remained very friendly afterwards. I think this is a very reliable bus operator.

I took a sleeping bus on my way here..Well, it was a fun experience, and I came comfortably. However, the driving time was too stuffy on the road, so I found a limousine bus. I heard that the driving time was 5 hours, but I didn't make a lot of honking sounds.. My goal is to achieve it. If it's daytime and you don't have to sleep, it's highly recommended. But the usb charging of the air conditioning/seat is random. It would be satisfactory to check that, but isn't that the same for sleeping buses:)

I am quite satisfied with the customer care, the way the garage operates, and the vehicle is also very good. The only thing is that I booked to travel on an 11-seat car, picked up and dropped off in the inner city, from Hanoi to Hai Phong, traveling for 1 person with 2 boxes of goods equivalent to 40x40x40, each box weighing nearly 10kg. I clearly told the bus company to allow me to transport the goods at the same time, I would pay the shipping fee, but I was told that there was not enough space for the goods, so at first I moved to a 28-seat bus. After that, there was no 28-seat bus with the same departure time that I booked. When I returned, I agreed with the garage that I would book another place to park the goods. I am very grateful that the garage sincerely provides maximum support to customers. However, I had to go to the Hanoi Office myself, and catch the return flight from the Hai Phong Office to my destination. Meanwhile, the storage compartment in the car is very comfortable, not impossible to transport. I even heard a few guys in the driver or operations department say why they accepted these (my 2 packages). I think if the bus company helped me book an extra seat for those 2 packages, they should also treat me like a normal passenger, right? Anyway, I thank the bus company for supporting me in such a hurry. I still want to continue using the garage's service if I need to move in the future. Thank!

Tam Coc > Hanoi : we had a toilet break during the trip. The car was clean and had USB plugs, but no WiFi. The bus was late but on a Sunday afternoon after the Têt holidays, there was heaps of traffic. Overall, we made it safely to our destination and that’s what matters

Got to my destination safely and on time. Convenient stops for food . Overall a very efficient service . Will be using this company again during my time in vietnam

Nice car to help with pick up and drop off

I've been to Ha Long many times, but the first time I booked a car outside I was quite nervous. But the bus company was run quite well, I felt secure when the driver called to set up a pick-up time, and the pick-up point was very punctual and polite. The transfer point is quite clean and cool. Changed to a large 26c car, very smooth highway driving. You should choose to ride this big car.
