It's been a long time since I've experienced a trip with such good service quality. After booking the ticket, the bus company called to confirm the ticket for me 1 day later, and 1 hour before departure, the bus company called to confirm again and provided the driver's phone number and the car number. Good service, clean car and the driver drove very smoothly.

I don't know how to express my emotions when receiving such dedicated care. Before the bus left, a cute operator called to inform her that the driver would call to pick her up 30 minutes before departure time. At this point, a driver with a soft, polite voice asked: Where are you? I'll come pick you up. Even though the road was a bit crowded, the driver still tried very hard to catch the flight of another passenger in the car, but the car drove very smoothly, without any shock. I noticed that every time I called a passenger, the driver always welcomed the passenger in a soft voice, unlike other cars I've been on. I really like it. Will definitely go again next time

They were amazing even looked after our bags while we had some food then took us to the airport for our flight home could not have been happier or more grateful I would highly recommend all the team thanks from Tony and family from Australia

I'm very satisfied. The car is spacious, airy, the seats are big, there is mineral water and wet towels for each seat. The bus station in District 1 is very cool, from the ticket office lady, the driver to the security guard. Everyone is cute and enthusiastic. I just arrived at the bus station, it was raining, the staff immediately opened an umbrella for me to sit in the bus station and wait. The driver drove very smoothly, I slept from the start of the trip until I arrived at my destination. When I arrived in Vung Tau, they took me to where I would stay (The Song) without any extra charge and I didn't need to change cars for any transfers. After booking the ticket, the bus station will call to confirm, and when it's almost time to depart, the bus station will also call to remind me. I'm very satisfied. My first experience with this bus company was great, and what I liked most was the drivers' service. On the trip to Vung Tau and back to Saigon, I met three drivers who were very friendly and easy to talk to – 10 stars! 🥰... I just want to offer a suggestion regarding their driving. Although I think the drivers are quite skilled and can manage speed and maneuvers well, I still felt a little uneasy while riding. Great ride. The drive was smooth, the car was clean and the bus wasn't full. A poor baby started puking, but that happened, and the driver had bags and everything ready. There's also a setive stop on the way to vubg tau

The charging port and LCD screen are not working at my seat. The back roll of 3 seats is very comfortable and you can adjust the seat to the maximum compared to other seat. It comes with massage seat. One stop point for Toilet break available. You can choose the option where to drop off compare to other services. The driver is very good drop off at our apartment. The staff at the office can speak English and is very friendly. I will recommend this transport service company to everyone for safe travel. Trip from HCMC to Vung Tau. I rarely like a bus company enough to leave a review. However, I really hope that the bus company will be supported more by everyone. For me personally, this is a really decent and civilized bus trip, the staff is very cute and the products are enthusiastic, take good care and even have discounts for students, the student Tet bus trip is only over 50k. Everything is great and just from the first trip, I already love the bus company and the people here.
