It's been a long time since I've experienced a trip with such good service quality. After booking the ticket, the bus company called to confirm the ticket for me 1 day later, and 1 hour before departure, the bus company called to confirm again and provided the driver's phone number and the car number. This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. I rarely like a bus company enough to leave a review. However, I really hope that the bus company will be supported more by everyone. For me personally, this is a really decent and civilized bus trip, the staff is very cute and the products are enthusiastic, take good care and even have discounts for students, the student Tet bus trip is only over 50k. Everything is great and just from the first trip, I already love the bus company and the people here.
