My first time in a overnight bus: seats were clean and quite comfortable, blankets were provided but a bit dirty. Seats are made for people smaller than 1,80m, i was not able to straighten mylegs compleatly. There were several stops for peeing and one stop for food, which had really good stuff for only 50k.

The new car is clean, the seats are super comfortable, especially the pillows are attached to the bed with an adhesive so they can be removed, suitable for people who can't sleep on high pillows like me. Sleep well from the moment you get on the bus until the next morning. The bus attendant was also enthusiastic when I asked for information, and when I arrived at the stop, I was not urged to get off the bus immediately. The only minus point is that the width of both sides of the bed is slightly curved, so it's a bit tight for my friend (68kg 1m7, not a big fat person), so for fatter people it will be tight.

When I booked a ticket through the vexere website, when I got on the bus, I was a bit worried that I didn't know if the bus company would update me that payment had been made because I didn't see the bus company contact me before the pick-up time. I had to call the driver myself to arrange a pick-up location. . When I got in the car, I informed that I had bought it through the vexere website, only then did the garage check it and it was OK. Thus, if the bus company contacts the customer in advance to confirm, it is best to avoid making the customer impatient and worried.

The car runs fine, comfortable, not too fast. Enthusiastic staff. You can't choose a chair, there's no divider so it's not very private, but I think it's quite ok for the price.

The car picked up a bit late but there were 2 passengers and still ran. I bought a promotional ticket so I got a discount. This trip will probably make a loss for the bus company. Support 5 stars for parking with many customers.

Taking this bus, I found the service to be good, the driver was safe, the car was quieter than other cars, the bus driver was very thoughtful and reminded me to go to bed early 🤣 10/10, the shuttle bus was also very enthusiastic, wait and carried our luggage for us, the driver also waited for me to finish going to the bathroom before leaving, not in a hurry to scold passengers like other cars, so let's go to mn, the cabin is also very spacious, people of 8 and 9 can sleep comfortably. It's not a PR but it's very good, because I've taken a different car than HN-DN, so that's how I see it

I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.
