It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. Second 45-minute trip with Han Café (Saigon-Mui Ne in a "Limousine sleeping bus" - cabins - and Phan Rang-Mui Ne in a "standard sleeper bus") and we were just as satisfied as before. The driving was exemplary, the staff incredibly attentive (they checked that everything was alright in your seat, were always smiling, and provided a warm welcome and helpful information at the pick-up point). The bus was clean and comfortable, and the communication was impeccable (they sent us a WhatsApp message to remind us of our trip and the pick-up point). The pick-up point in Phan Rang was comfortable (clean restrooms, drinks available for purchase, and excellent boarding). They even arranged a drop-off point for us because we had gone to the wrong location. Their "standard sleeper buses" are still perfectly comfortable and include several convenient stops. Compared to another so-called "VIP cabin" company where I thought I was going to die (dangerous and uncomfortable driving for passengers, poorly maintained buses, and extremely unfriendly staff), I highly recommend Han Café. I wasn't able to try their overnight trips, as they were full, probably because they're in high demand! Don't hesitate! 👍

From Nha Trang to HCM, 7am. Good experience, more comfortable than regular train seat. Driver stopped about 3-4 times for toilet. And there was about 2 times we could buy food in those stops. I’m 187 cm tall, but not a problem to sleep on the side with legs folded. Comfortable ride. Driver honked the horn during some moments, maybe some people find it annoying, but I did not. There was a transfer bus when we reached the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh, it was good, medium size bus. Driver and his helper seemed a bit stressed and annoyed, but i don’t think they meant to be rude, they were just stressed, in other moments they smiled. Overall a very pleasant ride and experience!

Nice bus, upon boarding they gave us water and a drink from swallow's nests. The cabin has a blanket and a small pillow. If possible, take a large pillow with you, as this one may not be very comfortable. For my height of 178 cm there is not enough space in length. I chose a departure from the office in the center of Nha Trang, where we were picked up by a minibus and taken to a large slipbus, which we already rode on. The departure was on time, we arrived at the place an hour earlier than the specified time

My first time traveling alone away from Saigon, I didn't think I was lucky to book such a great bus company ❤ I booked the company through the Vexere app because there was a 50% discount, so I immediately booked a 22 bed bus ticket. Before the day of departure. One day, the company called me to update the license plate as well as confirm personal information and drop off station. I also whispered to the hotline staff that it was my first time going alone to a far away place and going to a wedding. I also gave the garage the address of the wedding restaurant. So 10 minutes later, the bus company called me back and arranged for me to get off the bus as close to the restaurant as possible. Honestly, I never thought there would be such an enthusiastic and attentive car company. The bus departed at 10:15 p.m., I was at the bus station at 10:50 p.m. As soon as I took my suitcase out of the taxi, a guy ran over to support me and quickly put my suitcase in the car's tunnel, while I dressed up and got in the car. My bed is on top, I haven't climbed a bunk bed in a long time so I'm a bit lost ^^ But surprisingly, from behind a woman's voice came, "Brother, let me help you". So I was helped by NV to the chair very gently and safely. The car is very clean, new interior, warm blankets, soft mattresses and 2 extra pillows to sleep like at home. Mình ấn tượng với bạn Sim và có hỏi thăm tài xế về bạn ấy và biết bạn ấy là người Đà Lạt ,niềm nở nhẹ nhàng ánh mắt rất tập trung lắng nghe. Thật tuyệt vời Các nhân viên còn lại cũng rất tốt nói chuyện nhẹ nhàng và rất ok,Về thái độ nhân viên &tài xế thì mình chắc chắn ăn đứt các hãng xe dịch vụ hiện nay. Chất lượng dịch vụ trong xe cũng có nhỉnh hơn các hãng khác về thái độ bác tài & xe tương đối ok so với hãng khác Nếu cần tốt hơn thì hãng nên lót tấm nệm mỏng (mình đã từng trải nghiệm) để khi bẩn thì giặt ,chứ nằm trực tiếp trên ghế da thì rất mau hôi và ko vệ sinh được, mình nằm cứ cảm giác nằm chung mồ hôi với người lạ nên mình cứ phải mang cái mền mỏng để lót nằm.
