It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. It would be great if the holidays allowed customers to buy tickets online. Every major holiday, we have to buy tickets directly at the ticket office, which is inconvenient for those who work or live far away. We left from Dalat and went to Chau Duc. Getting to the bus as foreigners was more complicated than we wanted. But the bus assistant called us and sent the location. Then he personally walked to help us. It was an interesting first time on a sleeper bus with two young children. We were uncertain when the bus would stop for a break or food. I was surprised when we stopped at midnight in Can Tho and everyone got off and ate some food. When our stop came they woke us up and made sure we were ready. Overall it was a good experience. They have a pillow and blanket on each bed and there was enough room for 1 adult and 1 child comfortably.

I was away for a day, but the garage still kept the two lower seats and the car ran fine
