I always choose Hoa Thuan Anh buses for my trip from Cam Ranh to Ho Chi Minh City. I've used them many times since 2014. I've traveled with many other bus companies, but I find Hoa Thuan Anh buses very smooth, even on bumpy roads. They're much smoother than other buses. The buses are clean, and there's no unpleasant smell. For example, I always have to wear a mask when boarding other buses, but with Hoa Thuan Anh, I don't need to. I've never heard any of the drivers yell at or scold passengers.

Not sure why but they don't use the fast, new, modern expressway that serves this route, instead they drive on small slow roads. They even arranged a drop-off point for us because we had gone to the wrong location. Their "standard sleeper buses" are still perfectly comfortable and include several convenient stops.
