Our trip on the Kim Anh bus on 19th August was very comfortable. I was able to view the scenery because I had a window berth. My husband was comfortable but was in the middle row of berths so could not enjoy the scenery.

To say that there are many routes that run safely and have private rooms, probably only kumho has them. But the car is running a bit slow. I heard the driver (now too old to transfer to the bus station) say that it's not like racing like other cars, so it's slow, partly because it hurts the car. . First time riding Hai Luan bus, I went from Buon Ho to SG, the driver and bus assistant were lovely. The car doesn't smell like some cars I've driven in the past. First time booking tickets on VEXERE and quite surprised when everything was arranged properly when boarding the bus. Everything was fine, right on time, right place, good driver and assistant, quite comfortable bed, filtered water available on the tray,... just a shame there was no place to charge the battery. But that's fine too!

The first time I used the garage service, I found it quite ok, the bed was spacious, the car ran faster than expected even though the car was 15 minutes late to pick me up, the bus assistant assisted at the drop-off point and gave quite detailed instructions. Overall it's ok.

For me personally, everything is ok. The driver called back to report the time the car arrived at the pick-up point and after the trip, the bus company called over for customer service. If possible, there should be wifi for guests to use.

Additional comments: Passengers should be fed on time, instead of feeding passengers from 4:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at night. Everything else is good 👍

The bus company is ok and picks you up on time. However, the drivers and drivers neglected to fix the problem of restricting smoking in the car, which was ok. Because not all passengers are comfortable with the smell of smoking. I've been a passenger in many bus companies that are private, but please follow the way Phuong Trang Busline operates, from the switchboard to the rules... Even if the ticket is more expensive, it's still acceptable..
