The buses are clean, and there's no unpleasant smell. For example, I always have to wear a mask when boarding other buses, but with Hoa Thuan Anh, I don't need to. I've never heard any of the drivers yell at or scold passengers.

Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken.
