I really like it, oh my gosh, I'm a person who often takes the bus, maybe 10-20 times a year, before that I always took the VTD bus, but today there were no seats left so I booked to try this bus and I love it, the bus runs very smoothly, I get carsick quite easily, the bus shakes a little and I get carsick right away, but on this bus I sit in all kinds of ways, even for almost half the distance I don't lie down, the air conditioner is very cool, not too cold, not too hot, many buses I take have the air conditioner on like in the Arctic winter, the blanket is also very warm, my mom doesn't smell or itch, I feel very secure covering it up. There are some buses with thin blankets, the air conditioner is cold, I put them on at once, it's both smelly and itchy, I don't dare cover it up, there are water at the rest stops to go to the toilet, huhu, many places I've been on other buses don't have water or even paper 😭 but in return, the bed is a bit small, the meal ticket is also more expensive than other buses, the service at the ticket office is a bit harsh, it seems like this bus has also been criticized for its service or something. I booked a cheap ticket thanks to the bus company. I took the route from Duc Long bus station to Mien Dong bus station, everything was good. The new bus was clean, the seats were very good, I didn't have body aches like some other buses, I arrived in Saigon feeling fine. If you get off the bus along the way, pay attention and it will be fine.

The sleeping area is a bit narrow but comfortable enough for the journey. The rest is too good with quality commensurate with the ticket price

The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.

Very good experience with Việt Tân Phát bus to travel between Sài Gòn and Mang Đen, the seat / bed are really comfortable and suitable for tall guys, it is worth paying a little more (compared to other bus lines) for such a long trip. I will certainly use it again later.
