This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. Minh Nghia's car is really great! Last time I went to Binh Thuan, other people took all the seats, so I had to ride very slowly because it drove very slowly. The driver honked so much it hurt my head. I downloaded the VeXeRe app and Minh Nghia was there. It's very cheap, only 160,000 thousand. I let my 2 children go for 480,000 thousand. When I got on the car, it was so luxurious and beautiful, the bookmobile was good, left on time, and slept quite well. So I rate it 5 stars.

The garage is very thoughtful. I'm in Phu Yen and take the 9pm flight, the bus company has bread and milk ready for passengers (+1 super big point). Call before pick up time (about half an hour). However, because I get car sick, I'm quite sensitive to smells. I hope the bus company can arrange some hanging bags of ginger, lemongrass, or something to make the smell in the car more pleasant. A small note for tall people: if possible, you should choose the beds in front. Last day I went because I had no other choice so I slept in the last bed which is a bit short for my height. We went by bus at 19:30 Danang - Nha Trang. The blue illuminated bus looks like a spaceship of the future. Super comfortable! We bought plane tickets and booked a hotel separately. Transfer was not included. Based on reviews, the vexere service was recommended. We reserved seats with payment to the driver. The driver met you at the indicated location (Ho Chi Minh City airport) and took you directly to the hotel (Bamboo village). Along the way there was a stop for a snack and a restroom. From Mui Ne to SG, it takes exactly 3 hours (including 20 minutes at the stop), so awesome 🤣.
