My family has traveled with g5 bus company several times. In general, the car is clean, comfortable, runs on time and picks up and drops off passengers properly. However, on the last trip, July 19, SG-BT and July 29, BT-SG, I was really worried and weak-hearted with the driver. I don't know if it was luck or unlucky that I met him every round trip. It's disgusting that you're driving and honking your horn to pass other cars. You're driving at that speed but you're also calling and sending text messages. The bus arrives at the bus station to pick up & drop off customers at the exact location booked. Before the driver arrives to pick up the customer, he calls to remind in advance 👍👍👍👍 The limousine is clean and polite with clean blankets, drinks, snacks, towels. Worth the money. Will use it again next time & recommend it to family members. Using this bus saves time & less tiredness. The minus point is that the engine is a little noisy, but other bus companies have louder engines. This is okay. The driver drives very carefully & safely. No weaving, No fighting for the road, No reckless overtaking, less bumpy. No nervousness & fear like when using Phuong Trang bus. We are very happy to give the car 5***** 👍👍👍👍

The car is clean and runs on time. The day I went there were only 3 guests so it was very comfortable. The car runs super fast. From Mui Ne to SG, it takes exactly 3 hours (including 20 minutes at the stop), so awesome 🤣. At first, when I booked the ticket, I was a bit confused because I saw little feedback and didn't get a call from the bus company to confirm. Here, you only need to call 30 minutes before the bus departs. The rest of the information can be viewed on the app and email. Suggestion to the bus company is to call to confirm with the customer after the customer books a ticket and pays successfully.

They were amazing even looked after our bags while we had some food then took us to the airport for our flight home could not have been happier or more grateful I would highly recommend all the team thanks from Tony and family from Australia
