Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

The staff were lovely, and the bus was lovely too 😂 It was new, clean, and had Pikachu decorations all over it. Each bed even had a long Pikachu plushie to hug 🤣 The pink pig-patterned blankets would be a hit with kids. This was the first time I'd seen a bus company provide toothbrushes. I always choose Hoa Thuan Anh buses for my trip from Cam Ranh to Ho Chi Minh City. I've used them many times since 2014. I've traveled with many other bus companies, but I find Hoa Thuan Anh buses very smooth, even on bumpy roads. They're much smoother than other buses. The buses are clean, and there's no unpleasant smell. For example, I always have to wear a mask when boarding other buses, but with Hoa Thuan Anh, I don't need to. I've never heard any of the drivers yell at or scold passengers.

We are very happy with out 8.5 hour journey yesterday. The bus driver was extremely good . Our seats were comfortable and clean with water and hand wipe provided. Fantastic food stop . Good amount of toilet breaks. The only thing I would recommend to improve is to allow foreign payment cards when booking on the app.
