The bus runs on time but I feel like the bus driver is not very familiar with the time. That day, I booked a bus for 6:00 a.m. to Phan Thiet port, but he said I had to transfer things. Surprisingly it was much better than I expected especially compared with other much more expensive so-called “luxurious limousine” companies in Vietnam. Unlike most common rude customer service from bus companies in vn, My driver was very polite, clean bus. However, seat are more suitable for small size travelers. If you are taller than 5’5 it possible to feel a bit uncomfortable.
