Guide for first-time travelers Review of the trip from Sai Gon to Nha Trang In Saigon, the bus company has a waiting room, serving snacks such as cakes, water, etc. After getting on the bus and sleeping for about 5-6 hours, you will arrive in Nha Trang. In Nha Trang, the bus company has a free shuttle service, but you must book in advance with the bus company when booking a ticket or when the bus company calls you to confirm your ticket before leaving. After the bus arrives in Nha Trang, you contact the staff (should use Google Translate and give it to them to read) to help you find a shuttle. You should not trust people wearing Grab shirts inviting you to take a ride outside. Talking about the quality of the bus, it is excellent, the bus is made in a cabin style with a space design, there is no toilet on the bus or there is (depending on the type of bus you choose), so you should take a 22-cabin bus instead of a 32-cabin bus for the best experience. Most of the drivers are elderly, so they do not know English, you should use Google Translate to communicate with them. Hope this review will help you when you go

Nice bus, upon boarding they gave us water and a drink from swallow's nests. The cabin has a blanket and a small pillow. If possible, take a large pillow with you, as this one may not be very comfortable. For my height of 178 cm there is not enough space in length. I chose a departure from the office in the center of Nha Trang, where we were picked up by a minibus and taken to a large slipbus, which we already rode on. The departure was on time, we arrived at the place an hour earlier than the specified time

The shuttle bus picked you up on time, the driver was polite and attentive. The 34c car is clean and fully equipped. The driver drives carefully, the assistant arranges passengers' belongings and luggage thoughtfully and carefully. Will continue to support

We made a trip on October 9, 2023 along the Ho Chi Minh City - Nha Trang route. The seat on our bus was narrow in width, but long (my husband could easily stretch his legs). I want to say a big thank you to the bus drivers. we arrived from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang earlier than planned (which was very nice) and also the drivers were very friendly. especially one of the drivers (unfortunately I don't know his name). we were treated to free water and there was a toilet on the bus. when the bus stopped along the way, it was a very good place...unlike what we saw in other companies on different routes. In the future, we hope that other passengers will have the same pleasant experience, and we will use the services of this company again if possible. we made a trip on October 9, 2023 along the Ho Chi Minh City - Nha Trang route. - very new, genuine car; The bed is soft and comfortable, there are pillows and pillows for the head, all are clean, soft, fragrant, and the blankets are also clean and fragrant. There is a toilet in the back of the car, again the word "clean". - strong wifi, very good screen, use with very smooth voice control remote when watching pre-installed youtube and netflix. worth the money. - Holiday buses run a lot. From 10:00 p.m. Huynh Gia's bus company has up to 14 trips. The last trip I took was at 11:30 p.m., the bus arrived and left on time, and there were staff nearby. The announcer announcing the bus trip was very detailed and attentive, polite, not angry or loud when customers asked, like some other bus companies I've taken on holidays when there are many people. Each person gets a bag of mineral water, cake, and wet towels. - 1 review from a customer who often visits Ms. Ut Tang on Binh Ba island with friends and family

I always choose Hoa Thuan Anh buses for my trip from Cam Ranh to Ho Chi Minh City. I've used them many times since 2014. I've traveled with many other bus companies, but I find Hoa Thuan Anh buses very smooth, even on bumpy roads. They're much smoother than other buses. The buses are clean, and there's no unpleasant smell. For example, I always have to wear a mask when boarding other buses, but with Hoa Thuan Anh, I don't need to. I've never heard any of the drivers yell at or scold passengers.

From Nha Trang to HCM, 7am. Good experience, more comfortable than regular train seat. Driver stopped about 3-4 times for toilet. And there was about 2 times we could buy food in those stops. I’m 187 cm tall, but not a problem to sleep on the side with legs folded. Comfortable ride. Driver honked the horn during some moments, maybe some people find it annoying, but I did not. There was a transfer bus when we reached the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh, it was good, medium size bus. Driver and his helper seemed a bit stressed and annoyed, but i don’t think they meant to be rude, they were just stressed, in other moments they smiled. Overall a very pleasant ride and experience!

I saw this new bus company and decided to try it out. Initially, I didn't have high expectations because the discounted fare was so low. However, I had a great experience, especially with their customer service. The waiting area was clean and fragrant, and the restrooms were particularly spotless. There was even a lady cleaning the windows when I arrived. I will definitely support this bus company again on my next trip.

Oh my god, this is the first time in my life that a driver stopped to buy me a cup of hot ginger tea because I have heart disease and asthma and get very car sick! That day I had a heart attack and couldn't sleep, so I was given special privileges to sit next to the driver, otherwise I would have fainted. Uncle Tanh gave me his seat and Mr Khai stopped to buy me ginger tea huhuhu! Very very good! Infinite merit!!! I thank Mr Khai and Mr Tanh Dalat car, license plate number 50F 022.81, returning from Dalat to Ho Chi Minh City on October 13, 2024 at 10:30 pm. I asked my whole family and everyone said they slept very well. That day, because I was awake, I witnessed the driver driving very carefully the whole way! Going through Bao Loc pass was very stressful, but my car ran smoothly and turned corners more carefully and slowly than other cars! Driving in the fog for several stretches was completely ok! The car didn't swerve or wobble at all. At each station, the driver reported carefully and in detail! Very attentive! The car is so cute!!! 💯 points !!!! Our typical employee votes 6 tickets for Mr. Khai and Mr. Tanh! Hope you two are always happy and healthy!!! My family will continue to support Dalat for a long time! The car is clean and fragrant, everyone! The blanket still smells of comfort, and the car has a super cute hello kitty sticker!!! I really can't praise you enough!!! 💛 Seriously, after so many years of riding, this is the first time I've met two such kind people, I'm so touched! 🥹

I am very satisfied with the service policy of Phuong Anh bus company.
