The garage is very thoughtful. I'm in Phu Yen and take the 9pm flight, the bus company has bread and milk ready for passengers (+1 super big point). Call before pick up time (about half an hour). Staff are also very polite and attentive. A big plus is that the after-service is super good. A small note for tall people: if possible, you should choose the beds in front. Last day I went because I had no other choice so I slept in the last bed which is a bit short for my height. First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. Before the trip, I called the switchboard and the employee who assisted me spoke super gently and cheerfully. When we get on the shuttle bus and get on the big car, they always help us carry our suitcases. On the bus, there are free cakes and milk for passengers and also prepare motion sickness medicine, slippers, blankets, pillows and especially hug pillows. But we have to rate the garage 10 stars to be enough!!!

The car has curtains so I find it very private and full of amenities. The car goes from Saigon to Quy Nhon and uses 3 foot stations. The car uses 2 stations to go to the toilet at the gas station. and 1 station. Use it for food. Even though the 2 stations are used at the gas station for cars to pay for fuel and for passengers to go to the toilet, the toilet at this gas station is very clean. Hk has an unpleasant smell like other stations. But it seems that this bus company runs out to Ngai Ngai and drops off passengers along Highway 1a, so it's very convenient for everyone😍 I can't fault the place when I take the bus.
