Driver was on time and called me 20 minutes before arrival. Driver also asked me if I wanted to be dropped off at a specific address other than the main drop off point. I was dropped Right at my apartment which was super convenient and avoided the cost of a taxi. I will definitely be using this provider from now on with my limousine van needs.

The bus runs on time, but it takes a long time to park and pick up passengers on a detour that is a bit far. The car often brakes suddenly and returns quickly on time. I took the bus and got on the bus, but when I got to my destination, I was transferred to another bus. But no matter how enthusiastic you are, the blankets will be clean and fragrant so everything is ok. The car doesn't have a toilet, so unfortunately, when I booked the car, it said I would return it to the main store, but when I got back, I returned it to Aeon Long Bien, but it was close to my house, so it's okay.

Bus quite nice, but didnt have pillow, didnt get assigned seats, and was more than 1 hour late, but that didbt matter because of good driving, nice staff, and quiet atmosphere to sleep! Overall happy as i was able to sleep well!

The bus company helped me quickly book another trip for the same day because I had health problems. The operator and driver are very enthusiastic!

I chose HK Bus again after booking a bus to Sapa. The drivers were very friendly. The bus company supported a transfer when I suddenly requested. My friend forgot my things on the bus after being dropped off at the airport, I quickly called the driver and surprisingly the driver did not blame me and was willing to wait for me to get my things back. This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage.
