mình vote 5 sao cho nhân viên ,nhất là bạn tên Sim ở văn phòng Nha Trang nhiệt tình,chu đáo,tư vấn tận tình hợp lý,kiên nhẫn nghe yêu cầu thay đổi của khách hàng và giải quyết nhiệt tình thấu đáo.Mười điểm cho thái độ & sự chuyên nghiệp của bạn Sim. Mình ấn tượng với bạn Sim và có hỏi thăm tài xế về bạn ấy và biết bạn ấy là người Đà Lạt ,niềm nở nhẹ nhàng ánh mắt rất tập trung lắng nghe. Thật tuyệt vời Các nhân viên còn lại cũng rất tốt nói chuyện nhẹ nhàng và rất ok,Về thái độ nhân viên &tài xế thì mình chắc chắn ăn đứt các hãng xe dịch vụ hiện nay. Chất lượng dịch vụ trong xe cũng có nhỉnh hơn các hãng khác về thái độ bác tài & xe tương đối ok so với hãng khác Nếu cần tốt hơn thì hãng nên lót tấm nệm mỏng (mình đã từng trải nghiệm) để khi bẩn thì giặt ,chứ nằm trực tiếp trên ghế da thì rất mau hôi và ko vệ sinh được, mình nằm cứ cảm giác nằm chung mồ hôi với người lạ nên mình cứ phải mang cái mền mỏng để lót nằm. Chúc hãng xe luôn suôn sẻ ,thượng lộ bình an Hẹn gặp lại chuyến 5 giờ sáng mai

We traveled back from Da Nang (Da Nang bus station, Terminal B2, Exit 8) on a different type of bus with three rows of reclining seats. It's less spacious, but still quite comfortable and much better than an 8-10 hour ride sitting down. We also stopped near Nha Trang and were then taken to the station by a small bus. They also transport packages during the trip, and there may be stops. I recommend this company and book VIP seats.

First time taking the Binh Thuan-Ben Cat route and choosing the TT bus due to the suitable running time. Seeing a 1* review leaving customers at the wharf roundabout, not picking up customers... I was a bit hesitant but had no choice. The car has no navigation but runs on time, only a few minutes off. Drivers and car assistants are friendly and drop passengers off at the door. The car is clean and modern, but the air conditioner is missing, so the air is cold. 10 points for the quality. Will go again if given the chance.

The driver and the conductor were very enthusiastic and dedicated. I got on the wrong bus (same company, same route). The driver and conductor of both buses were very helpful. The ticket price was cheap but the quality was very good, the ticket included a dinner. The bus departed 45 minutes later than on the app, but due to the storm, it rained very heavily, which is understandable. 99/10

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. Additionally, the company should display the Wi-Fi password inside the bus for easy access. I will continue to support this bus company in the future!

I always choose Hoa Thuan Anh buses for my trip from Cam Ranh to Ho Chi Minh City. I've used them many times since 2014. I've traveled with many other bus companies, but I find Hoa Thuan Anh buses very smooth, even on bumpy roads. They're much smoother than other buses. The buses are clean, and there's no unpleasant smell. For example, I always have to wear a mask when boarding other buses, but with Hoa Thuan Anh, I don't need to. I've never heard any of the drivers yell at or scold passengers.

Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

I was stuck in traffic for about 20 minutes but the driver and assistant were still waiting and were very friendly, not pushy like other bus companies. The car I drive is a 24-minute double. The car has curtains so I find it very private and full of amenities. The car goes from Saigon to Quy Nhon and uses 3 foot stations. The car uses 2 stations to go to the toilet at the gas station. and 1 station. Use it for food. Even though the 2 stations are used at the gas station for cars to pay for fuel and for passengers to go to the toilet, the toilet at this gas station is very clean. Hk has an unpleasant smell like other stations. But it seems that this bus company runs out to Ngai Ngai and drops off passengers along Highway 1a, so it's very convenient for everyone😍 I can't fault the place when I take the bus. The car is very new. T.XE runs very well and doesn't get stuck like other cars❤️. Wishing the garage to grow stronger and stronger🥰

My first time traveling alone away from Saigon, I didn't think I was lucky to book such a great bus company ❤ I booked the company through the Vexere app because there was a 50% discount, so I immediately booked a 22 bed bus ticket. Before the day of departure. One day, the company called me to update the license plate as well as confirm personal information and drop off station. I also whispered to the hotline staff that it was my first time going alone to a far away place and going to a wedding. I also gave the garage the address of the wedding restaurant. So 10 minutes later, the bus company called me back and arranged for me to get off the bus as close to the restaurant as possible. Honestly, I never thought there would be such an enthusiastic and attentive car company. The bus departed at 10:15 p.m., I was at the bus station at 10:50 p.m. As soon as I took my suitcase out of the taxi, a guy ran over to support me and quickly put my suitcase in the car's tunnel, while I dressed up and got in the car. My bed is on top, I haven't climbed a bunk bed in a long time so I'm a bit lost ^^ But surprisingly, from behind a woman's voice came, "Brother, let me help you". So I was helped by NV to the chair very gently and safely. The car is very clean, new interior, warm blankets, soft mattresses and 2 extra pillows to sleep like at home. Second 45-minute trip with Han Café (Saigon-Mui Ne in a "Limousine sleeping bus" - cabins - and Phan Rang-Mui Ne in a "standard sleeper bus") and we were just as satisfied as before. The driving was exemplary, the staff incredibly attentive (they checked that everything was alright in your seat, were always smiling, and provided a warm welcome and helpful information at the pick-up point). The bus was clean and comfortable, and the communication was impeccable (they sent us a WhatsApp message to remind us of our trip and the pick-up point). The pick-up point in Phan Rang was comfortable (clean restrooms, drinks available for purchase, and excellent boarding). They even arranged a drop-off point for us because we had gone to the wrong location. Their "standard sleeper buses" are still perfectly comfortable and include several convenient stops. Compared to another so-called "VIP cabin" company where I thought I was going to die (dangerous and uncomfortable driving for passengers, poorly maintained buses, and extremely unfriendly staff), I highly recommend Han Café. I wasn't able to try their overnight trips, as they were full, probably because they're in high demand! Don't hesitate! 👍

Nice bus, upon boarding they gave us water and a drink from swallow's nests. The cabin has a blanket and a small pillow. If possible, take a large pillow with you, as this one may not be very comfortable. For my height of 178 cm there is not enough space in length. I chose a departure from the office in the center of Nha Trang, where we were picked up by a minibus and taken to a large slipbus, which we already rode on. The departure was on time, we arrived at the place an hour earlier than the specified time

I have used this sleep bus twice for traveling from Nha Trang to Can Tho. Overall, it is one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. One important thing to mention is that there is no toilet on board, which can be uncomfortable on such a long overnight route. However, when there are regular stops, the trip can still be quite comfortable. My most recent trip (yesterday) was very good. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using this sleep bus company for my business trips, as it is still one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. I really hope that in the future the drivers will make regular stops as scheduled, especially since I am planning to take this route again next week.

The bus is on time, stays at the right place as booked so there is no inconvenience. The interior of the bus has been upgraded, the engine runs smoothly, you can rest comfortably on the long journey. The ticket includes meals, compared to many other companies, the cost is more reasonable, considered cheaper because you don't have to worry about eating and drinking along the way. The driver drives carefully, the bus attendant is polite and supports customers well. The disadvantage is that the bus only picks up and drops off passengers on the highway, so those who live in the city center are at a disadvantage. However, considering the overall price, service quality and safety, this is still a worthwhile choice.

The driver and the bus conductor are very nice. Yesterday, it was raining. I sat in the car waiting for Thanh Trung bus to arrive. The bus conductor called me and told me to stay in the car and brought me an umbrella. Such a thoughtful action. When I got on the bus, he was afraid I would be cold and brought me a cotton blanket. Every time I got off the bus, he booked a Grab and Be to take me to my destination. They were super enthusiastic.
