This bus company's staff chatted on WhatsApp before taking me to the bus, they were quite enthusiastic. I felt very confident and wasn't afraid of being late for the bus. Thank you guys.

The departure wasn't punctual because passengers were picked up at each stop when the meeting point was supposed to be at a single point. I appreciate the kindness, but I would have preferred it to have been as agreed upon at the beginning. Otherwise, everything was fine. The car was comfortable, and the driver drove very well. Thank you very much.

The informations about pick up locations etc are a little approximative, I asked Vexere where we could get to the big bus directly and at the end the location was still a mini van pick up that brought us to the bus but that is not a big deal. We left on time from Hanoi but made a very long break at the airport to wait some passengers I guess and arrived only 30 minutes late in Sa Pa so very good. There is no WC in the bus so think about it but you’ll do two 30min breaks in freeway area (3k dong to use the bathroom and they are very clean) and will also be able to buy a lot of different snacks and food. Very confortable seats ! Keep in mind that sometimes the quality of the roads is not that good so it can be very shaky. We booked the top 2 seats at the very back of the bus and you can feel the bus vibrating a lot, the lower seats just before these seats were much more confortable and we were able to use them as they were empty. Overall a very good journey :)

As a regular customer, I saw this new bus company and decided to try it out. I'm usually hesitant to write a review, but I have to give them 5 stars because I'm extremely satisfied. The bus is new and the interior is very luxurious. Most importantly, it's odorless, which significantly reduced my motion sickness symptoms. The driver drove very smoothly, maintaining a consistent speed, and the bus has massage seats. I'm very happy with my trip, and if I need a bus service again, this will be my first choice.

As soon as I got on the car, I was quite satisfied because the car did not have the usual bad smell like other cars. Before picking up, the driver called to schedule a time in advance, so it was very convenient for me to arrange my work. The car was on time. I get carsick but I was quite comfortable on this trip. The driver was extremely cute. Hung Thinh Phat will be my first choice every time I travel from Hue - Da Nang - Hue.

Since I was already on my way, I asked the bus company to change the pick-up and drop-off service, and the driver readily agreed. The bus was on time. The journey took about two hours. Thankfully, the bus could carry two 20kg suitcases. While passing some mountain passes with sea views, I noticed the driver slowed down a bit, so I managed to film some beautiful scenery. I was able to take a few naps on the bus before arriving in Hue, so I wasn't as tired as I would have been on the train. The ticket price was good, cheaper than two years ago when I booked with another company on Vexere. The driver spoke with a Hue accent, but it was gentle and easy to understand. He was very helpful with my luggage and even moved it under a tree when it started raining – super thoughtful, 10 out of 10!

Very prompt update via WhatsApp and even late in the evening, they are responsive via WhatsApp. This is my first time using the app and this operator, and I’m pleased with the prompt service. Drove safely and helped me to arrive at my hotel in Hue, even though I didn’t indicate at the point of booking and the driver asked me where I was headed. I’m very appreciative that they could pick me up at my preferred location unlike other operators. I’ve decided to use them again for my return trip back to Da Nang.

We took a day time sleeper bus with HM Happycar from Hoi An to Phong Nha. I received a WhatsApp message from the organizer to ensure we found the bus ok before departing. The bus was extremely clean and in great condition. The little bed capsules were private and lay totally flat, or you could put them into a partially reclined position. I am 5'4" and could lay completely stretched out, my friend is 5'9" and could do the same with flexed feet. There was a USB port, lights and air vents. The driving felt very safe and there were two drivers who traded off which helped us feel safe as well. We stopped 3 times for toilet breaks. After getting dropped off and going about our day, we realized we forgot air buds on the bus. I messaged them via WhatsApp and they responded immediately that they would ask their cleaning staff. They found them and organised a nearby hostel for them to be dropped off at for us to pick up at our convenience. Very impressed overall, would book with them again.

Easy communication, double confirmation and information via Whatsapp. Available to book spontaneously and it was clear where we were supposed to be picked up / dropped off and at what times exactly. Even though the driver had a different drop off location for us, we were able to go to our preferred one.

⭐ 4.5/5 Thanks to the Vexere app, I had a pretty good trip with HK Buslines. The bus was luxurious with a private cabin for each passenger, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Vexere’s hotline worked efficiently and showed responsibility toward customers. Cons: -0.5 star because the booking process on the app is too quick, making it easy to select the wrong step and impossible to go back, which could result in service cancellation. -0.5 star because drop-off is only at the company’s representative office, not at my home :) Pros: The bus departed and arrived on time. Pick-up was exactly at the registered location. Professional and helpful staff. Overall, I rate 4.5 stars for both the Vexere app and HK Buslines. I travelled from ninh binh to danang on the overnight sleeper bus. It was our first experience taking these types of buses and we were nervous. Initially, there was a change in the pick up spot 2 hours before departure which was communicated by email. We got to the correct location at 9 and the bus wasn’t there. We reached out through email and received a prompt response which was very much appreciated. They let us know that the bus was 10-15 mins late. Once the bus arrived the driver came to us personally and helped and the customer service agent also confirmed over email. The bus was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bus driver was very kind and extra attentive knowing that we were tourists. We felt safe throughout the whole journey. The bus driver at the end of the ride guided us to the free shuttle that drops you off at the hotel. I would highly recommend.

No complaints at all, everything was great! They picked us up at the hotel and dropped us off directly at the hotel. If you choose other transportation, you will spend a lot of money on taxis to and from the bus station. This is the perfect choice — I highly recommend this bus. The price is very reasonable too!

New car, excellent service.

The car ran extremely smoothly. The service staff was very friendly and enthusiastic in assisting passengers whenever needed. Although the bed position was a bit wrong when I booked through VXR, I still accepted the change.

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. Next time, I hope to have the chance to meet you again.

Second 45-minute trip with Han Café (Saigon-Mui Ne in a "Limousine sleeping bus" - cabins - and Phan Rang-Mui Ne in a "standard sleeper bus") and we were just as satisfied as before. The driving was exemplary, the staff incredibly attentive (they checked that everything was alright in your seat, were always smiling, and provided a warm welcome and helpful information at the pick-up point). The bus was clean and comfortable, and the communication was impeccable (they sent us a WhatsApp message to remind us of our trip and the pick-up point). The pick-up point in Phan Rang was comfortable (clean restrooms, drinks available for purchase, and excellent boarding). They even arranged a drop-off point for us because we had gone to the wrong location. Their "standard sleeper buses" are still perfectly comfortable and include several convenient stops. Compared to another so-called "VIP cabin" company where I thought I was going to die (dangerous and uncomfortable driving for passengers, poorly maintained buses, and extremely unfriendly staff), I highly recommend Han Café. I wasn't able to try their overnight trips, as they were full, probably because they're in high demand! Don't hesitate! 👍

The first time I went from Nghe An to Da Nang, I was a bit worried that the bus company was cheating me, but in reality it was very ok. The bus company was friendly, the operator called to confirm and remind me of the schedule to avoid missing the bus. 10 minutes before the bus arrived, both the driver and the operator called. All information about the license plate and the driver's phone number matched the email received. I kept the seat I booked for myself. The bed was spacious and comfortable, the bus ran smoothly and had no smell, and I arrived in Da Nang almost 1 hour earlier than the scheduled time. 10 points, next time I need to choose this bus company to go from Vinh <-> Da Nang

Good service from Da Nang to Kon Tum. Water, blanket and pillow are provided. You can recharge your electronics with usb plugs. There were some occasional stops for gasing up/picking up people so you could arrive a bit later than described. (Note: we understand and spoke a bit vietnamese)
