It's been more than 7 years since I last took Futa. The new Kim Long 34-seat fleet is better, not as stuffy as the Futa 34-seat bus in 2018. The bus runs smoothly, I slept all the way to my destination. No need to print a ticket. Just give the QR code to the attendant to scan and get on the bus. The bus runs on time. The transfer in HCM is quite convenient (luckily there is a transfer point right in front of my house in HCM). There is a slight minus point that the slippers for passengers to change into when getting off the bus are quite dirty, the bus company should clean it to look better.

The sleeper bus to BMT was comfortable, more space than what I experienced before, bottle of water a blanket and a pillow included. AC was set to a good temperature. We left on time and arrived 30mins earlier than expected. Driver was great compared to other ones in Vietnam! Not too much honking, no loud music or other noises and driving felt safe so it was easy to sleep. I'm glad I booked through Vexere and had the bus gps location and plate number because I had to search around the bus station to find it which is a Da Lat bus station problem (not all buses are up on the information board), not the company.

Driving this car is very reassuring because it drives quite carefully, unlike some other cars, every time I open my eyes I feel like I'm flying. The assistant in the car is nice and friendly, but the bus company should clearly tell the customer how to get to the parking area. My family has 2 small children carrying bags under their arms, but I was turned around and walking to the parking lot, my feet were bleeding 🥲 I have 10 diapers left.

First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. Disadvantages: - Only transfer to Da Lat bus station within a radius of 5km, I live a bit far so I have to go to the station myself. - At first I thought there was a transfer to Ma Lo, but the bus company apologized and informed me that it could only stop at Chu Van An. First time booking tickets on VEXERE and quite surprised when everything was arranged properly when boarding the bus. I booked a cheap ticket thanks to the bus company. I took the route from Duc Long bus station to Mien Dong bus station, everything was good. The new bus was clean, the seats were very good, I didn't have body aches like some other buses, I arrived in Saigon feeling fine. If you get off the bus along the way, pay attention and it will be fine.
