First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

First time booking tickets on VEXERE and quite surprised when everything was arranged properly when boarding the bus. Everything was fine, right on time, right place, good driver and assistant, quite comfortable bed, filtered water available on the tray,... just a shame there was no place to charge the battery. But that's fine too!

Driving this car is very reassuring because it drives quite carefully, unlike some other cars, every time I open my eyes I feel like I'm flying. There are some buses with thin blankets, the air conditioner is cold, I put them on at once, it's both smelly and itchy, I don't dare cover it up, there are water at the rest stops to go to the toilet, huhu, many places I've been on other buses don't have water or even paper 😭 but in return, the bed is a bit small, the meal ticket is also more expensive than other buses, the service at the ticket office is a bit harsh, it seems like this bus has also been criticized for its service or something. In summary, cheap price, toilet (with water), warm and fragrant blanket, smooth car, no shaking or motion sickness but small bed, food ticket is a bit more expensive than other cars, ticket service is not good but I am an expert in booking tickets online so in general, great, will be a regular customer in the future 😍😍
