First time booking tickets on VEXERE and quite surprised when everything was arranged properly when boarding the bus. Everything was fine, right on time, right place, good driver and assistant, quite comfortable bed, filtered water available on the tray,... just a shame there was no place to charge the battery. But that's fine too!

First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. Due to the nature of my job, I frequently travel back and forth between Saigon and Dak Lak. Since using Nhat Anh buses, I've found it very comfortable. The ride is smooth, I sleep well, and wake up feeling refreshed for work. I've heard many people say the bus attendants smoke a lot, and I've noticed they do smoke, but they keep the smoke away from the exhaust vents to avoid affecting other passengers. Since they work late, I understand their behavior. Everything else about the bus company is great, and I will continue to use their services.

I booked a cheap ticket thanks to the bus company. I took the route from Duc Long bus station to Mien Dong bus station, everything was good. The new bus was clean, the seats were very good, I didn't have body aches like some other buses, I arrived in Saigon feeling fine. If you get off the bus along the way, pay attention and it will be fine.
