SG-BMT 1. Safety: I am very satisfied with the quality of Tien Oanh's passenger cars. The car is well maintained, the driver is also very experienced and drives safely. 2. Amenities: provides full amenities such as comfortable seats, cool air conditioning, high-speed wifi and mobile phone charging port. 3. Time and accuracy: The bus departs on time and arrives at BMT on time as committed. 4. Price: I feel the price of the bus service is very reasonable and consistent with the quality and amenities provided. 5. Service attitude: Staff and drivers are very enthusiastic, thoughtful and respectful of customers. I feel very comfortable and satisfied with the services they provide. Their services fully met my needs and I will use their services in the future if I have the opportunity.

The sleeper bus to BMT was comfortable, more space than what I experienced before, bottle of water a blanket and a pillow included. AC was set to a good temperature. We left on time and arrived 30mins earlier than expected. Driver was great compared to other ones in Vietnam! Not too much honking, no loud music or other noises and driving felt safe so it was easy to sleep. I'm glad I booked through Vexere and had the bus gps location and plate number because I had to search around the bus station to find it which is a Da Lat bus station problem (not all buses are up on the information board), not the company.

At first I was a little concerned when I read the comments, but in the end I decided to order because the price was so good. I found the results of the trip to be so good, better than I expected. I took a 22-room bus, with toilet, departing at 12:00, my trip yesterday was like this: 1. Advantages: - The customer care staff is meticulous and cute, call ahead to check information 1 day in advance, advise everything. - The driver and the bus staff spoke very sweetly and pleasantly. - The toilet in the car is clean. - The room is not brand new, but it is very clean, quiet, comfortable for both people. I have motion sickness but it is very comfortable, I can read books the whole trip. - Departed on time and I arrived at Chu Van An wharf at 7:30 p.m., not too late for me. 2. Disadvantages: - Only transfer to Da Lat bus station within a radius of 5km, I live a bit far so I have to go to the station myself. - At first I thought there was a transfer to Ma Lo, but the bus company apologized and informed me that it could only stop at Chu Van An. If I can return to Ma Lo, it will be very convenient for me. Because the car is so cute, everyone on the bus is so cute to meet, so my trip yesterday was very ok. I hope the bus company can maintain its form like this, don't let it go downhill.

This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. I will continue to support the garage. Hope next time will be better. Sincere thanks to the garage.

Driving this car is very reassuring because it drives quite carefully, unlike some other cars, every time I open my eyes I feel like I'm flying. The assistant in the car is nice and friendly, but the bus company should clearly tell the customer how to get to the parking area. My family has 2 small children carrying bags under their arms, but I was turned around and walking to the parking lot, my feet were bleeding 🥲 I have 10 diapers left.

First time booking tickets on VEXERE and quite surprised when everything was arranged properly when boarding the bus. Everything was fine, right on time, right place, good driver and assistant, quite comfortable bed, filtered water available on the tray,... just a shame there was no place to charge the battery. But that's fine too!

First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

First time riding Hai Luan bus, I went from Buon Ho to SG, the driver and bus assistant were lovely. The car doesn't smell like some cars I've driven in the past. It's arranged in the correct location and returned to the right place where the customer registered. I hope the garage is always reputable and enthusiastic to have more customers

Very good service, the bus company picks up and drops off passengers at the correct address, first time riding without incurring additional Grab costs. Enthusiastic staff. Suggestion: The bus company needs to interact more with customers via App or Zalo or phone messages so that passengers can feel secure, especially those who book tickets via the App. Thank you very much, I'll book again next time

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.

The bus company is ok and picks you up on time. However, the drivers and drivers neglected to fix the problem of restricting smoking in the car, which was ok. Because not all passengers are comfortable with the smell of smoking. I've been a passenger in many bus companies that are private, but please follow the way Phuong Trang Busline operates, from the switchboard to the rules... Even if the ticket is more expensive, it's still acceptable..

All service experiences were good, each car picked up earlier than scheduled on the app (probably due to holidays and had been notified in advance but still a bit stuck on the pre-arranged schedule), enthusiastic and polite staff! Still 5 stars!

Due to the nature of my job, I frequently travel back and forth between Saigon and Dak Lak. Since using Nhat Anh buses, I've found it very comfortable. The ride is smooth, I sleep well, and wake up feeling refreshed for work. I've heard many people say the bus attendants smoke a lot, and I've noticed they do smoke, but they keep the smoke away from the exhaust vents to avoid affecting other passengers. Since they work late, I understand their behavior. Everything else about the bus company is great, and I will continue to use their services.

The bus usually departs about an hour later than shown on the app, it's clean, and the bus attendant is lovely.

Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. Great services... I will definitely use their service again if I have the chance, but I won't buy tickets through the cheap bus app again because it hides the behavior of the Dalat bus company on my previous trip. My 1-star review was rejected with the reason "the bus company has already handled the issue with the customer," even though I am the customer and my experience says it has been handled. Who handled it?? I don't know, so I still bought tickets this time. After this, my entire company will permanently delete the cheap bus app because of this terrible handling. The bus conductor and driver are all attentive, reminding passengers of break times or arrival times... the bus runs on time and arrives much earlier than expected... great driver... even though it runs a bit fast... but as long as you are alert, healthy and have a firm grip on the wheel, it's fine. The facilities are very clean and fragrant, you can lie down for a bit and fall asleep, easy to sleep... and the engine is not noisy, but I don't know about others, but my ears get a little ringing when I hear the engine running for a long time. The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. Oh, and the lovely female receptionists even changed my single room to a double room and added a note saying (I'm alone) in love.
