I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. Driving this car is very reassuring because it drives quite carefully, unlike some other cars, every time I open my eyes I feel like I'm flying. The assistant in the car is nice and friendly, but the bus company should clearly tell the customer how to get to the parking area. My family has 2 small children carrying bags under their arms, but I was turned around and walking to the parking lot, my feet were bleeding 🥲 I have 10 diapers left.

Everything was fine, right on time, right place, good driver and assistant, quite comfortable bed, filtered water available on the tray,... just a shame there was no place to charge the battery. Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating.
