Our trip on the Kim Anh bus on 19th August was very comfortable. I was able to view the scenery because I had a window berth. My husband was comfortable but was in the middle row of berths so could not enjoy the scenery.

The car scheduled to pick me up on time (5 hours before, 20 minutes before and when it was about to arrive) even though I didn't get on at the station. The wait staff does not make any distinction between customers booking offline and via the app. Satisfied with the trip 👍

The first time I used the garage service, I found it quite ok, the bed was spacious, the car ran faster than expected even though the car was 15 minutes late to pick me up, the bus assistant assisted at the drop-off point and gave quite detailed instructions. Overall it's ok.

To say that there are many routes that run safely and have private rooms, probably only kumho has them. But the car is running a bit slow. I heard the driver (now too old to transfer to the bus station) say that it's not like racing like other cars, so it's slow, partly because it hurts the car. . I drive a 34-seat car. The car runs quite on time, is clean, and has no unpleasant odors. Polite staff. For the trip from BMT to SG, there is no pick-up point in the city center, you have to go to the ring road yourself.

First time booking tickets on VEXERE and quite surprised when everything was arranged properly when boarding the bus. Everything was fine, right on time, right place, good driver and assistant, quite comfortable bed, filtered water available on the tray,... just a shame there was no place to charge the battery. But that's fine too!
