The driver I took today was a sick friend born in the 1990s, drove very well and was extremely safe. This was the first time I took this route and saw the driver obey the speed limit signs, did not use the phone while driving and was very focused, changed lanes slowly and observed carefully. Picked me up from Da Nang at 2:30 and dropped me off at home at 5:00, the best experience among the bus companies I have ever taken.

We took a day time sleeper bus with HM Happycar from Hoi An to Phong Nha. I received a WhatsApp message from the organizer to ensure we found the bus ok before departing. The bus was extremely clean and in great condition. The little bed capsules were private and lay totally flat, or you could put them into a partially reclined position. I am 5'4" and could lay completely stretched out, my friend is 5'9" and could do the same with flexed feet. There was a USB port, lights and air vents. The driving felt very safe and there were two drivers who traded off which helped us feel safe as well. We stopped 3 times for toilet breaks. After getting dropped off and going about our day, we realized we forgot air buds on the bus. I messaged them via WhatsApp and they responded immediately that they would ask their cleaning staff. They found them and organised a nearby hostel for them to be dropped off at for us to pick up at our convenience. Very impressed overall, would book with them again.

I booked a seat for the trip from Hue to Hoi An. The trip was wonderful, the driver was very friendly and attentive, always ready to help throughout the journey and showing me a few destinations along the way. I will recommend this service to my friends!!

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. The driver and the conductor were very enthusiastic and dedicated. I got on the wrong bus (same company, same route). The driver and conductor of both buses were very helpful. The ticket price was cheap but the quality was very good, the ticket included a dinner. The bus departed 45 minutes later than on the app, but due to the storm, it rained very heavily, which is understandable. 99/10
