The car runs smoothly, clean and safe. The driver is friendly, doesn't talk too much, doesn't play loud music. Picks up and drops off at the hotel, on time.

I have taken the Hue - Da Nang route many times but have never been satisfied with this trip to the point of saving the number to book it later for sure. The pick-up time was very punctual, other bus companies are often late, so I was very surprised by the punctuality of the bus. The bus was clean, ran smoothly, smelled of essential oils, and was not smelly or dirty. The bus was new. The driver I took today was a sick friend born in the 1990s, drove very well and was extremely safe. This was the first time I took this route and saw the driver obey the speed limit signs, did not use the phone while driving and was very focused, changed lanes slowly and observed carefully. Picked me up from Da Nang at 2:30 and dropped me off at home at 5:00, the best experience among the bus companies I have ever taken.

Everything was good. The driver was polite and punctual. Driving was safe, and the pick up and drop off points were clear and in accordance with arrangements

Good and efficient trip. Quoc, bus manager for the journey was great, he kept us informed of changes and arranged free transport to our hotel from bus terminus. Excellent job. Would recommend Vietnam Travel Bus again.

The bus runs on time, but it takes a long time to park and pick up passengers on a detour that is a bit far. The car often brakes suddenly and returns quickly on time. I took the bus and got on the bus, but when I got to my destination, I was transferred to another bus. But no matter how enthusiastic you are, the blankets will be clean and fragrant so everything is ok. The car doesn't have a toilet, so unfortunately, when I booked the car, it said I would return it to the main store, but when I got back, I returned it to Aeon Long Bien, but it was close to my house, so it's okay.

Bus quite nice, but didnt have pillow, didnt get assigned seats, and was more than 1 hour late, but that didbt matter because of good driving, nice staff, and quiet atmosphere to sleep! Overall happy as i was able to sleep well!

The bus company helped me quickly book another trip for the same day because I had health problems. The operator and driver are very enthusiastic!

I chose HK Bus again after booking a bus to Sapa. The drivers were very friendly. The bus company supported a transfer when I suddenly requested. My friend forgot my things on the bus after being dropped off at the airport, I quickly called the driver and surprisingly the driver did not blame me and was willing to wait for me to get my things back. This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. Next time, I hope to have the chance to meet you again.

Departure schedule is 9:30 a.m. but departure is also 9:35 a.m. - 9:40 a.m. At noon around 12:30, I landed at the Alo restaurant stop so I could rest and eat. When I got off the bus, I didn't have to put my shoes back on. Instead, there was a basket of plastic sandals for everyone to put on quickly 👍🏻. The correct answer was that the bus transfer station was at 2:10 p.m. I asked the driver to park at my hotel about 10km away, but the driver was very enthusiastic about taking me to the hotel. Very great experience. In general, the timing is standard and the staff is enthusiastic. I hope my return trip will be on time like that❤️

Good service from Da Nang to Kon Tum. Water, blanket and pillow are provided. You can recharge your electronics with usb plugs. There were some occasional stops for gasing up/picking up people so you could arrive a bit later than described. (Note: we understand and spoke a bit vietnamese)
