Driver was on time and called me 20 minutes before arrival. Driver also asked me if I wanted to be dropped off at a specific address other than the main drop off point. I was dropped Right at my apartment which was super convenient and avoided the cost of a taxi. I will definitely be using this provider from now on with my limousine van needs.

Bus quite nice, but didnt have pillow, didnt get assigned seats, and was more than 1 hour late, but that didbt matter because of good driving, nice staff, and quiet atmosphere to sleep! Overall happy as i was able to sleep well!

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. One 30 minute stop at restaurant. Arrival +-30 minutes on time. Only downsides: No wifi password given, therefore no wifi usable. Drop-off in city center instead of at hotel. Constantly music playing in bus, not very loud, still annoying.
