Driver was on time and called me 20 minutes before arrival. Driver also asked me if I wanted to be dropped off at a specific address other than the main drop off point. I have taken the Hue - Da Nang route many times but have never been satisfied with this trip to the point of saving the number to book it later for sure. The pick-up time was very punctual, other bus companies are often late, so I was very surprised by the punctuality of the bus. The bus was clean, ran smoothly, smelled of essential oils, and was not smelly or dirty. The bus was new. The driver I took today was a sick friend born in the 1990s, drove very well and was extremely safe. This was the first time I took this route and saw the driver obey the speed limit signs, did not use the phone while driving and was very focused, changed lanes slowly and observed carefully. Picked me up from Da Nang at 2:30 and dropped me off at home at 5:00, the best experience among the bus companies I have ever taken.

Great experience, best limousine so far. The only suggestion is to have some be quiet policy, like Vin bus for example. There was one woman who didn't stop yapping loudly either on her phone or with the driver. Driver was respectful. Other passengers, even small kids were very considerate as well. I'm going back to Hanoi in a few days, we will see if I was just lucky or the limousine and the service are always great. For now, definitely recommend

I'm so satisfied that I didn't expect the Limousine service to be so good. I booked an 8am flight from Da Nang to Hue, but at 7am the driver called to pick me up. There's really nothing to criticize about the company's car service. If I want to go, I should book this car with a tall car and a recliner. My family has a 2-year-old child, but the whole family won't get drunk or tired.

10/10 experience with HK bus lines. We've been traveling for 8 months and this was by far our best bussing experience. What stood out was the high level of friendly customer service, and the comfortable cabins with working charging ports, massage chair, etc. We boarded in Hoi An and the gentlemen working in the office was so so lovely (I believe his name is Qui but I may be spelling if wrong). He was extremely helpful, great attitude, and eased any concerns we had. I would highly recommend HK bus lines and will certainly book with them again.

We took a day time sleeper bus with HM Happycar from Hoi An to Phong Nha. I received a WhatsApp message from the organizer to ensure we found the bus ok before departing. The bus was extremely clean and in great condition. The little bed capsules were private and lay totally flat, or you could put them into a partially reclined position. I am 5'4" and could lay completely stretched out, my friend is 5'9" and could do the same with flexed feet. There was a USB port, lights and air vents. The driving felt very safe and there were two drivers who traded off which helped us feel safe as well. We stopped 3 times for toilet breaks. After getting dropped off and going about our day, we realized we forgot air buds on the bus. I messaged them via WhatsApp and they responded immediately that they would ask their cleaning staff. They found them and organised a nearby hostel for them to be dropped off at for us to pick up at our convenience. Very impressed overall, would book with them again.

driver cant speak english but he waited at vincom platz 30mins ahead departure. although no phone number is provided，its still easy to find him，just at the right place. most important：he is very on time. 2hour15mins to our hotel in da nang. i want to tip him but my wallet is in my luggage，so I would say happy new year here，hope he can see it. The ticket price was cheap but the quality was very good, the ticket included a dinner. The bus departed 45 minutes later than on the app, but due to the storm, it rained very heavily, which is understandable. 99/10

The car ran extremely smoothly. The service staff was very friendly and enthusiastic in assisting passengers whenever needed. Although the bed position was a bit wrong when I booked through VXR, I still accepted the change.

Good service from Da Nang to Kon Tum. Water, blanket and pillow are provided. You can recharge your electronics with usb plugs. There were some occasional stops for gasing up/picking up people so you could arrive a bit later than described. (Note: we understand and spoke a bit vietnamese)
