Before picking up, the driver called to schedule a time in advance, so it was very convenient for me to arrange my work. The car was on time. I get carsick but I was quite comfortable on this trip. The driver was extremely cute. Hung Thinh Phat will be my first choice every time I travel from Hue - Da Nang - Hue.

Service quality is generally good, seats are comfortable, car is clean. The most notable advantage is the courteous attitude of the garage staff from the phone operator to the driver. The driver is quite thoughtful, picks up on time, and drops passengers off at the door. However, drivers still have the habit of texting on their phones and talking on the phone for long periods of time while driving.

Very good service, I often go to Hue - Da Nang, often late, but when I go by Duy Tan bus, I get to sit in the right seat, on time, very satisfied with the trip.

Bus quite nice, but didnt have pillow, didnt get assigned seats, and was more than 1 hour late, but that didbt matter because of good driving, nice staff, and quiet atmosphere to sleep! Overall happy as i was able to sleep well!

The price is great and very reasonable. Initially, I wanted to book a train ticket for 200k per trip, but unfortunately all the tickets were sold out so I had to find a way to get home. I found out about this app, the price is even cheaper than taking the train. Will definitely come back next time

I'm so satisfied that I didn't expect the Limousine service to be so good. I booked an 8am flight from Da Nang to Hue, but at 7am the driver called to pick me up. There's really nothing to criticize about the company's car service. If I want to go, I should book this car with a tall car and a recliner. My family has a 2-year-old child, but the whole family won't get drunk or tired.

I chose HK Bus again after booking a bus to Sapa. The drivers were very friendly. The bus company supported a transfer when I suddenly requested. This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The car ran extremely smoothly. The service staff was very friendly and enthusiastic in assisting passengers whenever needed. Although the bed position was a bit wrong when I booked through VXR, I still accepted the change.

Good service from Da Nang to Kon Tum. Water, blanket and pillow are provided. You can recharge your electronics with usb plugs. There were some occasional stops for gasing up/picking up people so you could arrive a bit later than described. (Note: we understand and spoke a bit vietnamese)
