As soon as I got on the car, I was quite satisfied because the car did not have the usual bad smell like other cars. Before picking up, the driver called to schedule a time in advance, so it was very convenient for me to arrange my work. The car was on time. I get carsick but I was quite comfortable on this trip. The driver was extremely cute. Hung Thinh Phat will be my first choice every time I travel from Hue - Da Nang - Hue.

Service quality is generally good, seats are comfortable, car is clean. The most notable advantage is the courteous attitude of the garage staff from the phone operator to the driver. The driver is quite thoughtful, picks up on time, and drops passengers off at the door. However, drivers still have the habit of texting on their phones and talking on the phone for long periods of time while driving.

I chose HK Bus again after booking a bus to Sapa. The drivers were very friendly. The bus company supported a transfer when I suddenly requested. My friend forgot my things on the bus after being dropped off at the airport, I quickly called the driver and surprisingly the driver did not blame me and was willing to wait for me to get my things back. Bus quite nice, but didnt have pillow, didnt get assigned seats, and was more than 1 hour late, but that didbt matter because of good driving, nice staff, and quiet atmosphere to sleep! Overall happy as i was able to sleep well!

The price is great and very reasonable. Initially, I wanted to book a train ticket for 200k per trip, but unfortunately all the tickets were sold out so I had to find a way to get home. I found out about this app, the price is even cheaper than taking the train. Will definitely come back next time

We took a day time sleeper bus with HM Happycar from Hoi An to Phong Nha. I received a WhatsApp message from the organizer to ensure we found the bus ok before departing. The bus was extremely clean and in great condition. The little bed capsules were private and lay totally flat, or you could put them into a partially reclined position. I am 5'4" and could lay completely stretched out, my friend is 5'9" and could do the same with flexed feet. There was a USB port, lights and air vents. The driving felt very safe and there were two drivers who traded off which helped us feel safe as well. We stopped 3 times for toilet breaks. After getting dropped off and going about our day, we realized we forgot air buds on the bus. I messaged them via WhatsApp and they responded immediately that they would ask their cleaning staff. They found them and organised a nearby hostel for them to be dropped off at for us to pick up at our convenience. Very impressed overall, would book with them again.

I'm so satisfied that I didn't expect the Limousine service to be so good. I booked an 8am flight from Da Nang to Hue, but at 7am the driver called to pick me up. There's really nothing to criticize about the company's car service. If I want to go, I should book this car with a tall car and a recliner. My family has a 2-year-old child, but the whole family won't get drunk or tired.

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. The first time I went from Nghe An to Da Nang, I was a bit worried that the bus company was cheating me, but in reality it was very ok. The bus company was friendly, the operator called to confirm and remind me of the schedule to avoid missing the bus. 10 minutes before the bus arrived, both the driver and the operator called. All information about the license plate and the driver's phone number matched the email received. I kept the seat I booked for myself. The bed was spacious and comfortable, the bus ran smoothly and had no smell, and I arrived in Da Nang almost 1 hour earlier than the scheduled time. 10 points, next time I need to choose this bus company to go from Vinh <-> Da Nang
