Driver was on time and called me 20 minutes before arrival. Driver also asked me if I wanted to be dropped off at a specific address other than the main drop off point. I was dropped Right at my apartment which was super convenient and avoided the cost of a taxi. I will definitely be using this provider from now on with my limousine van needs.

As soon as I got on the car, I was quite satisfied because the car did not have the usual bad smell like other cars. Before picking up, the driver called to schedule a time in advance, so it was very convenient for me to arrange my work. The car was on time. I get carsick but I was quite comfortable on this trip. The driver was extremely cute. Hung Thinh Phat will be my first choice every time I travel from Hue - Da Nang - Hue.

The bus was clean, ran smoothly, smelled of essential oils, and was not smelly or dirty. The bus was new. The driver I took today was a sick friend born in the 1990s, drove very well and was extremely safe. This was the first time I took this route and saw the driver obey the speed limit signs, did not use the phone while driving and was very focused, changed lanes slowly and observed carefully. Picked me up from Da Nang at 2:30 and dropped me off at home at 5:00, the best experience among the bus companies I have ever taken.

We took a day time sleeper bus with HM Happycar from Hoi An to Phong Nha. I received a WhatsApp message from the organizer to ensure we found the bus ok before departing. The bus was extremely clean and in great condition. The little bed capsules were private and lay totally flat, or you could put them into a partially reclined position. I am 5'4" and could lay completely stretched out, my friend is 5'9" and could do the same with flexed feet. There was a USB port, lights and air vents. The driving felt very safe and there were two drivers who traded off which helped us feel safe as well. We stopped 3 times for toilet breaks. After getting dropped off and going about our day, we realized we forgot air buds on the bus. I messaged them via WhatsApp and they responded immediately that they would ask their cleaning staff. They found them and organised a nearby hostel for them to be dropped off at for us to pick up at our convenience. Very impressed overall, would book with them again.

My first impression is that the bus company is professional. I went from Hue to Hanoi. The bus cabin is clean, the blankets are fragrant, and the toilet is also clean. The bus runs smoothly, and every time it stops at a station, they spray the cabins to reduce the smell. There is a place to charge your phone and headphones. However, when the bus reached Ninh Binh, the bus staff asked me to move to the lower floor for someone else to lie down. I was fine with it, no problem. The bus staff also forgot to wake me up when I returned to Hanoi, because they thought there was no one else on the bus :)) Overall experience is okay, more expensive but quite clean and comfortable, mostly Western guests, few Vietnamese guests

driver cant speak english but he waited at vincom platz 30mins ahead departure. although no phone number is provided，its still easy to find him，just at the right place. most important：he is very on time. 2hour15mins to our hotel in da nang. i want to tip him but my wallet is in my luggage，so I would say happy new year here，hope he can see it. He is a very good driver！

Bus quite nice, but didnt have pillow, didnt get assigned seats, and was more than 1 hour late, but that didbt matter because of good driving, nice staff, and quiet atmosphere to sleep! Overall happy as i was able to sleep well!

I'm so satisfied that I didn't expect the Limousine service to be so good. I booked an 8am flight from Da Nang to Hue, but at 7am the driver called to pick me up. There's really nothing to criticize about the company's car service. If I want to go, I should book this car with a tall car and a recliner. My family has a 2-year-old child, but the whole family won't get drunk or tired.

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. Good service from Da Nang to Kon Tum. Water, blanket and pillow are provided. You can recharge your electronics with usb plugs. There were some occasional stops for gasing up/picking up people so you could arrive a bit later than described. (Note: we understand and spoke a bit vietnamese)
