However, drivers still have the habit of texting on their phones and talking on the phone for long periods of time while driving.

There's really nothing to criticize about the company's car service. If I want to go, I should book this car with a tall car and a recliner. Good service from Da Nang to Kon Tum. Water, blanket and pillow are provided. You can recharge your electronics with usb plugs. There were some occasional stops for gasing up/picking up people so you could arrive a bit later than described. (Note: we understand and spoke a bit vietnamese)
