Lunch was very good. Staff asked in advance where we would get off. Before our stop, he announced that our stop was coming soon. We really enjoyed. The first time riding the car, although there was a little misunderstanding, the driver and bus assistant resolved it satisfactorily and in a friendly manner. The car runs on time and safely. I booked a 22-room bus, the price on Vexere was 2 million on Tet. When I called the switchboard to confirm the pick-up time, I asked if that was the final price and if there were any surcharges. The operator asked how many people I was traveling with. For 1 3 year old baby and 1 adult, the payment of 2 million was more than enough. The garage even refunded 500k to me. I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.
