The ride was enjoyable. The driver was kind and drove safely. We left an hour later than scheduled. He first messaged to say he was going to be 30 minutes late. Then he was an additional 30 minutes late.

The bus is a standard model, so it isn't the newest, but all the services are excellent. Two drivers take turns driving, ensuring safety. The manager is friendly, and the three staff members take good care of foreign passengers. It has air conditioning and USB charging, and the bus stops frequently at rest areas. The restroom fee is 3,000 VND. There is a variety of snacks available. You just need to wait inside the bus terminal for departure, but due to delays, the journey takes about 9 hours. I am satisfied with the 480,000 VND bus.

I left my camera on the seat on the bus from Yen Tu to Hanoi. I only realized it three hours after getting off the bus and called the driver in a panic. We traveled from Ha Long to Hanoi by a comfortable bus, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations. The bus was very comfortable: soft seats, a clean interior, and a pleasant atmosphere throughout the journey. A big plus was that each passenger had access to a personal phone charger, which made the trip even more convenient. We also want to highlight the excellent service: we were picked up directly from our hotel and dropped off exactly at the address we requested. Everything was well-organized, punctual, and very comfortable. A great experience — we highly recommend it! A fantastic experience — highly recommended!

Good service attitude, comfortable seats

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. Next time, I hope to have the chance to meet you again.

Great experience, best limousine so far. The only suggestion is to have some be quiet policy, like Vin bus for example. There was one woman who didn't stop yapping loudly either on her phone or with the driver. Driver was respectful. Other passengers, even small kids were very considerate as well. I'm going back to Hanoi in a few days, we will see if I was just lucky or the limousine and the service are always great. For now, definitely recommend

This was my first time traveling by limousine from Hanoi to Thai Nguyen (round trip), and I was pleasantly surprised by how much better it was compared to other companies I've used in Viet Tri, Lang Son, Hai Phong, or Quang Ninh. The schedule was punctual, the price was reasonable, and the driver was very comfortable. Even when I requested a change to the return time, they were still very attentive. The car had massage seats, wireless phone charging, and complimentary drinks. The only thing missing was face towels, otherwise it would have been perfect.

When you book a car, the driver will call to reschedule with you, about 15-20 minutes earlier. Whoever gets in the car first gets to choose the seat first, I got a shared car so I just accepted =)). The car is new, clean, and has comfortable seats for medium-sized people (it's a bit cumbersome if you're eight people). Hmm, the car is new, the air conditioning is cold, so if you can't stand the cold, remember to use a thick blanket to keep warm. The driver drove quite smoothly, but every time he talked on the phone it was quite loud, causing me to wake up in the fog about 2-3 times during the trip but still slept well (luckily I'm fat so I easily wake up and fall asleep). The garage should install a curtain or plastic screen to separate the passenger from the driver, with shelters for both sides. In general, I am very sympathetic to this bus company, so if I go anywhere in Ha Long, I still choose to return to this bus company.

If I could give this transfer service 10 stars, I would. My husband and I recently used their service for a transfer from Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi) to Halong Bay, and I am writing this review not just because the service was good, but because they were absolute heroes. Our flight was severely delayed, and despite our best efforts to communicate, we arrived at the airport over two hours late. We were stressed, exhausted, and fully expected to have missed our pre-booked transfer, potentially jeopardizing our entire Halong Bay cruise the next day. To our utter amazement, our driver was still there, patiently waiting for us. He calmly helped us with our luggage and got us into a very comfortable, clean, and air-conditioned vehicle. The journey itself was smooth and safe. But what truly sets this company apart is their incredible customer service and understanding. They went the extra mile (quite literally!) to ensure our vacation wasn't ruined. Highly, highly recommended!

The bus runs smoothly, good service, enthusiastic staff

Honestly, the best bus ride I've had so far has been Mong Cai to Hanoi from 11PM - 6AM. Staff were polite and helpful, and unlike other rides, it was easy to sleep, because the driver wasn't constantly honking. I woke up at 4:30 AM in time for a bathroom break, and the facilities were clean. It's definitely a budget bed, but as a short queen at 159 cm, I was able to fit with my shoes and backpack. USB port works, and with the Viettel 8 gb/day plan, I had plenty to keep me entertained. Water is provided, and the only real negative was a loud auntie on her phone. (not much to do about your neighbours!)

I am so thankful of Ms Mai for helping me throughout the journey. She was so supportive and save my money and time. I booked for nho quan, assuming that it is ninh binh only, but turned out a very different location. Ms Mai not only provided me free drop off to Ninh Binh, but corrected the pickup location to Ninh binh for mu return journey as well. Hats off to Duy Khang for such a great service and support.

Picked me on the dot at my hotel in Hanoi. Helped to load my suitcase into the trunk area. Extremely comfortable seating chair with the massager being the star. Was very relaxing to have it. It was really nice, good information. The only thing was that we had chosen drop off at the home stay in ta xua, but first when we arrived the driver said he could not go there so we had to take a take for double the pride as the whole trips from hanoi the last bit. Everything else worked really well.

We had booked online and were picked up at the Hanoi office. The driver called us 15 minutes before to let us know he was on his way. The departure was punctual, the journey went very well, the seats were comfortable. We had chosen the drop-off at Tam Coc when booking online, the driver left us near our accommodation.

The trip was pleasant in a well-maintained coach. Upon arrival, the staff asked if everything was okay and if I had made it to the hotel. I'm returning.
