*Note: With the 24-hour tour, the bus will stop for passengers to get off and then move (no waiting for guests). Passengers after sightseeing will pick up another bus to continue their journey.

Fare

• Adults and children from 12 years old and above: 149k/ticket.
• Children from 5 to under 12 years old: 99k/ticket.
• Children from 2 to under 5 years old: 50k/ticket.

• Adults and children from 12 years old and above: 475k/ticket.
• Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 330k/ticket.

Departure time

The bus departs continuously for 30 minutes/trip through the stops.

1-hour sightseeing tour:

• From 9 am to 3 pm: Pick up at the City Post Office.
• From 4 pm to 10 pm: Pick up at No. 92-96 Nguyen Hue.

24-hour sightseeing tour:

• From 9 am to 3:30 pm: Pick up at the City Post Office.
• From 4 pm to 10:30 pm: Pick up at No. 92-96 Nguyen Hue.

Expiry date

Tickets are valid for the day. If you want to change your travel date, you need to get confirmation from the operator via email or text message.

Cancellation policy

1-hour sightseeing tour:

• Before 72 hours: Free cancellation.
• After 72 hours - Before 24 hours: No cancellation of tickets is allowed—support to change date and time.
• Within 24 hours: Cancellation and change of date and time are not allowed.

24-hour sightseeing tour:

• Before 72 hours: Free cancellation.
• After 72 hours - Before 24 hours: No cancellation of tickets is allowed.

Notes

• Passengers need to print or screenshot the booking confirmation email/message to present when boarding.
• An adult must accompany children under 5 years old for safety.
• Do not bring pets, food, drinks, and chemicals on board.
• No smoking on the bus.
• Do not move and sit on the side of the vehicle while the vehicle is moving.
• Do not stand on the chair.
